La ubicación está cerca del fuego principal, a unos tres minutos a pie. En la zona centro, pero la insonorización de la habitación es muy buena, muy tranquila. Hay un supermercado a un minuto a pie, es muy conveniente comprar algunas necesidades diarias.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 3 months now and was more than excited after hearing a JW Marriott would open in Frankfurt (also the first one in Germany at that time). After living in hotels in Frankfurt for more than 3 years, I knew that staying at the JW Marriott would be a different story as it provides beautiful skyline views (sunset towards the skyline and sunrise on the other side towards the Taunus) and is as central as it gets. As an ambassador elite I was always upgraded to a suite, mostly the skyline suite because nothings beats this view - see pictures attached. Even though the hotel may need some renovations in some parts, it still provides all the necessities you can think of. The skyline suites include an amazing bathtub, big mirrors, seating area and the unique skyline view which you can be seen from the bed when waking up or going to sleep. The staff is very attentive, extremely friendly and is trying to make the best out of your stay. Thomas from the front desk, Mr Nickol, the girls at breakfast and the two guys there as well are extremely friendly and highly trained professionals. As the hotel does not provide an executive lounge at this point, Elite members get a free breakfast with an la carte dining (recommendation: chef‘s choice) and lots of varieties at the breakfast buffet. For someone like me who wants to stay fit during travels, the JW Marriott Frankfurt has a collaboration with the Fitness First My Zeil meaning you can access a fully equipped gym when staying here and not just a treadmill or 5kg weights - one of the biggest plus of this hotel. Staying at Marriott hotels full time for the last 6 years, I can really see the differences. Unfortunately that hotel life comes to an end now, but the JW Marriott couldn’t have been a better ending to that hotel life. THANK YOU TEAM. This hotel is highly recommended if you want a special treat, the most central location and the full Frankfurt skyline experience.

HUELE A LIMPIO Y BIEN! Es lo suficientemente grande para 2. Nos proporcionaron 2 botellas de agua gratis, tienen champús, jabón corporal y loción. Las almohadas son cómodas, la cama es realmente grande (pero no esperes demasiado), es lo suficientemente buena para dormir. Si buscas una comodidad EXTRA para dormir, esta no es para ti. Tienen Aire Acondicionado (que es muy importante), y funciona PERFECTO! DESAYUNO BUFFET: ¡Tienen MESERO Y MESERA maravillosos! Harán un esfuerzo adicional por usted, como cuando obtiene su café usted mismo, se ofrecerán a hacerlo por usted. Da muchas opciones cuando se trata de comida. Su comida es excelente! Todavía no puedo superar los Waffles 😅 es cierto que son un poco caros, pero si eres una persona que desayuna, ¡te recomiendo encarecidamente que consigas este! 😊 Experiencia en general, ¡fue excelente!

Property is newly renovated, but I expected more. Pros: Good location for restaurants and shopping. Bad location if you're attending a conference at the Messe (15-20 minute ride); nice club lounge; have a spa; room decor is new and clean Cons: NO AIR CONDITIONING- I could not get the fan to turn on and after sharing this with many of my colleagues- they could not either. The window opens a tiny bit for fresh air, but noisy at night. My room was stuffy and uncomfortably hot every night. Bathroom is tiny. The door opens in, so to use the toilet you have to enter the bathroom, squeeze around the door, then shut the door. The toilet is in the way of the door so it can't be opened all the way, so when getting ready and blow drying hair you have to close the bathroom door behind you. The phone was unusable. There are buttons for ”front desk” and ”spa” but none of them work. There is no guide in the room showing what numbers to use for any of the departments. I tried pressing zero hoping for an operator, but the line was dead. Useless.

오페라 바로 옆이라서 위치 너무 좋아요. 공항 바로가는 s반이 있어서 교통 편리하고 룸 업그레이드 해주셔서 좋은 방에서 잘 쉬었어요. 프라이빗 한 스파도 넘 좋았어요 또 가고 싶어요

Didn't reply to the hotel's pre-arrival request for guest information, and while waiting (a long time) to check-in I couldn't see or figure out what the benefits would have been if I'd completed that pre-arrival form. The free shuttle bus stand at Frankfurt airport was almost impossible to find in all the stupid construction zones and I arrived at the hotel well after midnight. (If anybody ever tries to mention how efficient the Germans are, I'll present Frankfurt airport as glaring evidence to the contrary.) It was 50/50 with the hotel check-in staff: the gent at the non-aircrew part of the front desk took ages with the young family who sounded like they were repeatedly asking for something that was not possible. Those of us in the queue behind grew increasingly despaired - would any of us actually be able to use the hotel rooms we paid for that night? I was the third person who abandoned this hopeless queue and went to the ”aircrew only” part of the desk for help. Much much better! Checked in quickly with pleasant small talk to boot and I was in my comfortable room a few minutes later. When checking out the next morning I half expected to see that tedious young family still arguing with the front desk.

En el piso 25, la familia puede vivir en una gran habitación con una vista amplia y con vistas a la ciudad de Frankfurt. ¡Bastante bien! Los alrededores están muy cerca de la estación de tren, el punto de facturación y el centro comercial. ¡muy conveniente!

Only good thing about the hotel is location. Located by the main shops. From the outside the hotel looks fine. Arrival to reception was ok fairly clean. Received key to room as there was 3 of us we knew one of the party was to sleep on a sofa bed (which was more like just a sofa) When entering the room there was a strange smell. The room did look like the walls and ceiling had been painted. However the carpet was just dirty, stains all over it. Splashes of paint where there hadn’t been clearly any sheets laid down and generally carpet was an eye sore. There was a Kitchenette. Kettle, toaster. No plates and no mugs. Three glasses and one was definitely not clean. The worst was yet to come. Opened the fridge…… left over milk, juice, take out chicken and McDonald’s box which none of us wanted to open to experience what was inside. This could have been left from previous guests but who knows how long it had been there . Clearly the cleaner hadn’t checked on this, which then made us all doubt the cleanliness of the whole room. To be fair bed linen did look clean but didn’t give much assurance. Bathroom was ok. Shower surprisingly good but definitely not the best bathroom. Hair dryer didn’t have anything about it and overheated after about a minute. Sleep value awful. Bed surprisingly comfy. But the noise from outside was horrific which led to dreadful sleep. It went on all night. Such a shame as hotel location was brilliant and hotel cleanliness let itself down. I wouldn’t rush back.

Siempre había colas en recepción, tuvimos muchos problemas con el servicio de limpieza, dos veces dejaron la puerta abierta, solo reponían café decaf, lo cual no tiene sentido, una vez dejaron el trapo que usaron para limpiar en el baño, etc. Por ejemplo con el café, tras comentarlo a recepción varias veces y ver que no han tomado medidas, dejé de perder mi tiempo. Buscaré otro hotel en el futuro.

I was here for 3 days. A pleasant, small hotel located about 20 minutes' walk from the city center, 5 minutes from the botanical garden called Palmengarten and 10 minutes' walk from the Senckenberg Museum. The room was small, but clean, and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The maid cleaned the room every day. Free wifi. They accept credit cards and cash. Friendly and smiling staff. Very good breakfast.
