Premier Inn Lichfield North East (A38)

Rooms are old but clean, staff friendly. Tv too small! Car parking good and free. Bed comfy. Had a great sleep, thanks. I’m not sure what else I need to write to get to the absolute minimum of two hundred characters this seems to give plenty of information.

Hotel was amazing. I visited the fradley arms next door for breakfast and dinner. Amazing food. Made my stay fabulous at the hotel. I would recommend the mix grill, also the fradleys full breakfast. Staff at hotel was amazing made my stay welcoming. I shall be returning.

Friendly service from Claire, Kelly, and Jean. Clean room and good price. Gave us two smaller beds so our children didn’t have to share a bed. Got in late, very tired, but the woman at the desk was very patient with us. We felt very welcome! Thank you!

Easy to find location which was located close to my evening event venue. Received a lovely warm welcome and advice for my questions. Found the room to be clean and very comfortable. Nice and quiet location and plenty of hot water in the shower.

This premier inn is a little tired and outdated, however it didn’t stop us having a great stay. The rooms were clean and the bed extremely comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. Only downside was the lack of power points, just one! When I mentioned it I was given an extension lead with multi points, however it would have been quite dangerous to trail it across the floor to the bedside table so I could plug my phone in. The staff were amazing, friendly and accommodating. Although there are no restaurant facilities at the moment- due to open later this month I believe there is Nespresso coffee, porridge pots and cereal boxes all available for a donation to GOSH. Just a 5 minute drive away there is an excellent Indian restaurant called Bilash, they are not licensed however you can take your own alcohol. All n all this was a perfect stay. Thank to all the friendly staff.

This is not a new hotel, but don’t be put off as we had a good little night stop off here between going to Drayton Manor Park. The price for a short notice stop was decent given the time of year. We were welcomed kindly at reception by Clare who was amazingly helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Our room was pristine, clean and well made up. The housekeeper, Tracy, clearly takes pride in the work she does and it showed. There were little festive treats and colouring left for the kids which was very kind and thoughtful. My 2 really appreciated this and were surprised to be treated this way. Overall a great stop off, thank you
