«Está es la tercera reserva en este hotel en 1 mes, sobre las solicitudes de requerimiento de la habitación, piso 29, cumplieron mis espectativas, el cuarto estaba muy bien, sin olores, limpio y buena vista hacia la avenida, en esta estadía pudimos cambiar divisa sin complicaciones. Sin embargo, había una convención Furry, lo que hizo una estadía complicada ya que tomar ascensores, sentarse en el lobby era una odisea. Aquí hay un punto importante, La reserva la hice a través de Trip, lo que no es responsabilidad del hotel haberme informado de esta situación. En otro momento hubiera dado de baja la reserva e ido a otro hotel, pero era feriado del 1ro de Mayo, y no habría resultado sencillo ni económico. Mí viaje era por negocios, y no nos resultó práctico ni agradable, especialmente a la hora de tomar los ascensores. Algo que es súper importante en este hotel, es que tienen guarda de equipaje, y hace que sea práctico para quienes viajamos a múltiples destinos en China, ese fue un factor importante para que decidiéramos siempre volver ahí.»
