We liked the place so much that we stayed another night. It can be a bit noise during night, since it is right above some restaurants. And there was also some consgant knocking coming from above. So for some light sleepers, they would need to bring earplugs.

Good things first. Cheap, there is a washing machine in the room. Amenities are fine. There is no check-in procedure. You just make a call to the owner and get the card. The bed is comfy and wifi works well. The place is foreigner friendly.
The worst thing was noise. There was some, I would say, imbecile, who moved and hammered walls at 01:30AM, 6:30AM, started drilling at 9:00AM and talked with a loudspeaker at 8:00AM. I am very sensitive to noise. So, I do not tolerate early construction and renovation work. In Shanghai, they changed the rules and punish such behavior. In Shunde - not. So, if you are sensitive too, think carefully before booking this spot.

離清暉園和華蓋路步行街很近，地理位置特別好！附近有多好吃的，走幾百米有個十二畝茶樓很推薦，打個車去地鐵口也不遠，酒店衞生環境很好！前台熱情，雖説在馬路邊，窗户隔音挺好，陽光也充足！專門過來順德旅遊3天，期間一直麻煩老闆，老闆也有應必答，房間也是自助的，退房時直接把房卡放前台就好了，非常方便，下次來會旅行首選這裏。

房間是在高架橋下面的，周邊有很多宵夜檔關上窗還是會有點吵
另外房間的隔音也一般，步梯有人經過也是很吵，而且不知道是不是隔壁房間在抽煙，煙味直接飄到我們的房間裏了🤦

在立交旁城中村，左側很多夜市大排檔，晚上很少，住樓下都能聽到洗碗的聲音，房間一股發黴味，過年到處漲價，衹是過渡一宿，體驗很不好！

來這裏出差好幾次了 都選了這家住，離工作地近，附近吃的、大潤發超市什麼的設施都很全，酒店環境也很好，乾淨又寬敞，服務態度不錯，性價比超高了。下次來還會選擇這裏
