Foi muito boa a estadia. Atendimento muito bom, pessoal simpático, atenciosos e prestativos. Ótima localização. Café da manhã muito bom. Apenas as camas deixam a desejar.

Great value hotel with superb staff that go the extra mile. The location is fantastic—just a street away from the beach/promenade, with plenty of restaurants, including Habibis, nearby. The room was spacious, featuring a balcony and a decent-sized fridge, though a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobe would have been helpful. The bathroom was always stocked with high-quality shampoo and shower gel, and towels were replaced daily, even when hung up—though some thinner ones could use an upgrade by now. When I called requesting extra pillows, I was impressed to receive thick, plastic-wrapped pillows that are stored behind reception. The rooftop area was a great spot to relax—small but never overcrowded. The gym is basic, but with most guests exercising on the beach, it was usually empty. Fluffy beach towels were available at reception for a small fee and could be swapped out daily. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including surprising choices like shredded chicken and minced beef. The fresh tapioca and omelette station was a great touch. One of the most surprising perks was the 12 PM check-in and check-out, which felt incredibly generous. Housekeeping was impeccable, working around the clock, and the electric “Do Not Disturb/Please Clean” sign outside the door was a nice modern feature. No matter when we left the room, it was always spotless upon return. The AC was nice and strong - which is definitely needed in the heat of Fortaleza. A special shoutout to the multilingual Norris at reception, who went above and beyond—helping with trip planning, always engaging in friendly conversation, and making us feel truly at home. As the saying goes, we "arrived as guests and left as friends." I would definitely return!

Hotel bom, café da manhã muito bom. Quarto confortável porém barulhento, precisei solicitar outro quarto pois o que estava era muito barulhento. Fui para o oitavo andar e ficou mais silencioso. Falam que tem 2 piscinas mas não tem, somente uma na recepção. A outra estava fechada.

Localização, limpeza, e café da manha excelentes, cama muito confortável, quarto aconchegante com cortina blackout e um ar condicionado gelando, TV com vários canais e internet boa a piscina é pequena, mas quase ninguém usa, devido passar o dia todo fora, gostei bastante e recomendo o Hotel.
