When we checked in the receptionist at the front desk was so rude, it was ridiculous.
It was obvious that she did not want to be there. I know it was Valentines Day and maybe she didn't receive floweres but no reason to be rude to guest.
We checked in and asked if there were any carts and she just pointed to the door.
Mark Cluck and his wife were traveling with us and when he checke in she was just as rude to him.
On Saturday morning there was no hot water in our room or the Clucks room, and we all took cold showers.
I had breakfast and as soon as I finished eating I got sick and was in bed all day.
OH BTW one of the elevators was not working in the morning.
Sunday morning when we got up and left and there was plenty of hot water and the elevators were working fine and there was Friendly face was behind the desk.

This is really a gym of a hotel that strikes the balance between affordability and luxury and a great location. The bed and bedding is to die for.

We arrived on Sunday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend expecting to see many people and a lot of activities happening. We had been promised a hot tub which I was looking forward to because of whiplash. The tub had been inspected and was then shut down two days before we arrived. That was disappointing, but better if it was not up to standard. There was construction throughout the lobby and the whole first floor areas. Our room was set up for two people and we had three. We needed to get another set of towels and another set of coffee makings. The staff was cooperative with our requests even though we had to make them for both nights. The wind howled through the window. The door then rattled due to the wind. Our concerns were brought to the attention of the manager as we were checking out. He listened attentively, took notes, and we felt as if he was concerned about our experience. He made us feel heard. He is addressing the issues that he has control over and we feel assured our next stay will be much better. We will stay here again!

If you're considering staying at this hotel right off the highway, think twice if peace and customer service are priorities for you. Due to its proximity to the highway, expect relentless traffic noise that could severely disrupt your sleep, especially if you're a light sleeper. Additionally, the hotel’s complimentary airport shuttle service, which might seem convenient, is frustratingly inflexible. It departs strictly on the hour, every hour, and not a minute later—even if there are no other passengers waiting and you arrive just a couple of minutes late. During my visit, the driver chose to chat with another employee and browse his phone rather than offer a slight bit of flexibility. This lack of accommodation forced me to pay $24 for an Uber. Given this experience, I highly recommend exploring other accommodation options that prioritize guest comfort and service. You'll likely find better alternatives nearby that ensure a quieter stay and more attentive service.

To begin, when I was waiting to be checked in, the gentleman in front of me got all the information he could’ve wanted. I on the other hand I had to ask where the elevator was, no amenity options provided and the clerk was curt and not friendly at all. Room was somewhat clean, I don’t believe the carpet was vacuumed in the 4 days I was there, one way I could tell was there was an M&M by couch for a couple of days. The bathroom was not swept or mopped because I saw my hair on the floor from that morning. I tried calling the desk to ask about the “convenience” store but no answer from ANY of the buttons I pushed. I even called the front desk from my cell phone, no answer. So I go down to find the store myself and the same clerk was at the counter with her head buried in her cell phone!! Needless to say, I won’t be back!

Very nice stay—clean, attentive, and had something we have not found at any other Courtyard stay: some complimentary breakfast items for everyone (omelettes and waffles). I think this was above and beyond since they’re not obligated to provide them! Honored all of my platinum benefits, and even had a welcome snack in my room.

My first time at this Courtyard Marriott. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Mr. Lyons greeted me with a big smile and polite manner, he couldn’t have been more helpful. I enjoyed seeing that smile everyday he was there. The room was clean and spacious, The bed and pillows were the best! It was so comfy! Best sleep I’ve had in a while. All snuggled in the clean, comfy, cozy bed, with great pillows, the black out curtains closed and AC keeping the room cool in our 105 degree weather. The room had a refrigerator which was nice to have. The cleaning ladies did a great job and were so nice and helpful. I miss Mr Lyons smile and kindness. I would definitely stay again.
