Massive traffic due to ongoing road and bridge construction, took us 35 minutes to go the last 5 miles to get there, not the hotels fault. The young lady at check-in was not able to answer some simple questions and it seemed she was very new to the job. The room was nice, no complaints on the bedding, the bath or the shower all were very good. We were on the 4th floor and when I went out for ice and found none on my floor I saw a sign by the elevator that said ice machines were on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors, I went to the 3rd floor and found an empty space so I went to the 1st floor and asked the maintenance man and said the only ice machine was on the 1st floor. I had to wait but got ice, so only 1 ice machine for a 5 story hotel. The food at breakfast left a lot to be desired. The oatmeal was runny, the eggs were also runny and only plain bread for toast, no bagels or English muffins, although the quintessential waffle machine seemed to work perfectly. The only other complaints were the luggage carts, I think they were the worst luggage carts I have seen. They resembled airport push carts only worse. A small, hollow triangular tubing platform that our bags fell though. We make 3 trips and had to hand carry all our bags.
