The room was great and had all the amenities we could have needed. The pool was clean and we enjoyed laying out and relaxing on the patio. The only poor review I have is that my dad was charged an additional $200 from the amount he confirmed online for our rooms. The explanation the front desk provided was not matching up with our records for payment or the receipt they handed my dad. I was still in the lobby when my dad’s conversation with the front desk concluded. Once he walked out the front door, I was unimpressed by the behavior and lack of professionalism by the associates that they were loudly sharing with the entire lobby. We enjoy staying at Hampton Inn & Suites but is highly unlikely that we will return to this location.

The hotel itself is good. Front desk staff have been amazing. Our room itself is good. Thought it was a little odd that we get service every other day. On our third day we didn’t receive service so I had to ask. We had asked front desk for an extra blanket and after housekeeping cleaned our room that blanket disappeared. We had to ask the front desk again. We ran out of shower gel and asked for it to be refilled but it wasn’t. We have to ask front desk for extra towels as there is 4 of us and they only leave 2 towels. The storage is also lacking. We are here for 10 days and there is not a lot of space for us all to store clothing. Closet is big enough to hold 4 carry on suitcases though with room for us to hang up a few things. The fridge door is also broken and does not keep our medication that is in the fridge super cold. Breakfast is definitely lacking. Things ran out and never refilled. No hot tea bags (bought my own as I do not drink coffee). 2 days in a row the hot water was ice cold. The cereal tastes like you are eating cardboard. Definitely not brand name like it says. I ended up buying my own cereal and this morning there was no milk. The first few nights we were there, there was a party in the lobby. It was loud and not pleasant to walk through to get to the elevator.

We stayed at this Hampton Inn mainly because of the location. It is standard Hilton fare for this level of accomodations. The hotel is well cared for and the room was clean and well maintained. The noise level is higher due to the proximity of Alliance airport and the occasional roar of a jet leaving the runway was muffled but was loud enough to wake a light sleeper. The free breakfast was fresh and the coffee was hot and great. The hotel was full so the food was almost gone by the time we ate at 8am. Since we arrived late, our online room key was helpful since we got to bypass the check-in desk. We also love using the online check-out upon exit.

Hotel needs a serious remodel. We stayed here 2 nights for a convention. First night I found a live insect on my night table. Disgusted but way too tired to put forth the effort to request a room change. After all, it was “just” one insect. Shower was musty and floors felt dirty. Would not return to this hotel

We have had a generally good experience with Hampton, and this property was no exception. We did have a mix-up with the first room we were offered. It was not ready, but we were quickly and cheerfully given another room, so that was OK. The second room was very clean. The beds were good. The furniture and fixtures and climate control were all working the way they were supposed to. Our daughter enjoyed the pool. The staff had a little trouble keeping up with the breakfast crowd, so we had to wait on biscuits, but they were good when we got them. This property is in a really good location for us, so we will likely stay again.

Not always a easy task finding a hotel that has customer service with down to earth employees but this hotel definitely makes the grade. Relaxed. Easy going front desk agents like Ryan, as well as Clarissa, and Addy make this s standout hilton property in my opinion. Personal favorite Hampton location.

Massive traffic due to ongoing road and bridge construction, took us 35 minutes to go the last 5 miles to get there, not the hotels fault. The young lady at check-in was not able to answer some simple questions and it seemed she was very new to the job. The room was nice, no complaints on the bedding, the bath or the shower all were very good. We were on the 4th floor and when I went out for ice and found none on my floor I saw a sign by the elevator that said ice machines were on the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors, I went to the 3rd floor and found an empty space so I went to the 1st floor and asked the maintenance man and said the only ice machine was on the 1st floor. I had to wait but got ice, so only 1 ice machine for a 5 story hotel. The food at breakfast left a lot to be desired. The oatmeal was runny, the eggs were also runny and only plain bread for toast, no bagels or English muffins, although the quintessential waffle machine seemed to work perfectly. The only other complaints were the luggage carts, I think they were the worst luggage carts I have seen. They resembled airport push carts only worse. A small, hollow triangular tubing platform that our bags fell though. We make 3 trips and had to hand carry all our bags.

This was the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. Don't be deceived by the updated appearance of the pictures. I waited over 20 minutes for the front desk person to come (she was 'doing laundry') and seemed like I was inconveniencing her to have to check me in & she was quick to note there is NO linen service during your stay (so keep your towels clean). The door handles in the bathroom were disgusting, looked like they had never been cleaned. Thought I never was going to get the shower turned on...I soon realized why...it leaked the entire time, not just a drip, it was running. I couldn't tighten the faucet enough to get it to stop. The carpet was soaked a good 5 feet into the room from the air unit, it has been this way for quite some time apparently because I did not have the air turned on. The bedframe was broken and coming apart at the joint. And lastly, you can't use the sidewalk to get to your car in the morning because the sprinklers are spraying everywhere...including all over the cars! If I had other options I would have moved, and ultimately did not stay the last night of my reservation. HORRIBLE experience!

If your hotel had been somewhere else, it probably would have been better. Maybe. There seemed to be NO sound proofing. We were on the fifth floor and could still hear Interstate 35 just like if we had been on the ground floor. We also found out the hard way that the hotel was too close to a major airport runway. Through the wee hours of the morning, we heard big jets taking off about every couple of minutes . . . for at least an hour. The temperature control was horrible. I would raise the temperature ONE degree and we cooked. I would drop it back down ONE degree and I got really cold. The beds were not very good. I think we got maybe a couple of hours of sleep all night. The room darkening curtains were nice . . . but there was a BIG gap all around the door letting in a LOT of light. The free breakfast was a joke. There was biscuits with no gravy, scrambled eggs swimming in a lot of water, and dry muffins. There was only one flavor of yogurt. There were strips of some bread like stuff that might have been French toast, which would explain several kinds of syrup and spray whipping cream. There was some breakfast cereal, which explained the 2% “milk.” We tried to make some toast but the toaster didn’t work. There was some bland sausage and the ketchup was well hidden. Not impressed at all. Hampton Inn USED to be one of our favorite places. Gonna have to think real hard about ever going back.
