If there is any damage due to pet soiling, a pet odor of any kind, or excess hair, then there will be an extra cleaning fee of $200, as we will get everything steam cleaned. *A Pet friendly beach is located in Navarre/Gulf Breeze. You can also take your dog swimming at the sandy beach access in the neighborhood at the end of Bay Dr SE. If there is any odor from smoking upon checkout, there will be an additional charge for extra cleaning and neutralizing of the air and furnishings.
