All new high end furniture and appliances. Less then 1/2 mile to the grocery store. Stero system throughout house. Outside grill and pizza oven. There are lots of things on the island restaurants, shops the island is coming back. Amazing!!
This was by far the best beach property we have been to. The access to the beach, the views, the amenities, I could go on and on!

Beautiful Oceanside Location
Spectacular Sunset right from the pool and balconies. This home is literally right on the beach. Our family of 10 spend 6 nights over New Years and the large TVs were perfect for watching the football games. Having an elevator was important for one of us with mobility issues. Owner Ron could not have been more helpful and was always available by phone if we needed anything. Great place to stay on Ft. Myers Beach.
