i made a mistake and booked my hotel on the wrong date. i didnt realize until i checked in a few days later. I tried 8 different times to contact the hotel to talk to a manager, as i have to pay out of pocket for this. I understand the cancellation policy, but the complete lack of respect or care in trying to resolve my question is unacceptable. The manager never called me back, and now wont even take my call just to TALK to me. Your hotel earned a big 0 for customer service
