My friend and I booked the hotel to attend the Tortuga Festival this past weekend. Somewhere in the range of 700 a night!! We had two cars as I was coming from St. Augustine, and she was coming from Indiana. We were told to text them our license plate numbers to get our parking spots. Once we got there, we were told only one space was available and I would need to park in public parking. I drive to the parking and have to set up an app and put in my stay for 48 hours. Now I am told this is 250.00 dollars!! I told the rude lobby person, and he didn't seem to care about customer service at all. If I had known this, I would have taken the Brightline and saved myself 200. The lobby is a complete wreck in itself. Then we head up to our second story room. There is a kitchenette, but you don't get any kitchen supplies. Not a cup to drink out of or a knife to split your sandwich. The bathroom was moldy. The bedframe was moldy. The mattress had springs coming out. If you need ice for a drink that you had to find your cup there are no ice machines. I mentioned this to our lobby clerk, and again not his problem. Finally, we see they do have vending machines, one for water and the other sodas, etc. Guess what? They were both broken. Do not waste your time on this disaster of a so-called Boutique Hotel!!

The best I can say is that it well located and close to the beach. Also it was gated so it felt safe. However the room was overpriced for the quality. The hotel itself was poorly maintained, - the pool was dirty as were the general facilities. The room was dark, small, musty smelling and in terrible repair. Grout was filfthy , shower head was rickety, cabinetry was falling apart and bubbled. The old toilet seat was painted rather than install a new one. We felt completely ripped off. Two nights in this dump cost us over $400USD.

SCAM!!! I arrived at this *motel* and left almost immediately because the room wasn’t suitable. Since then I had been in contact with the staff about a refund. On the date that I was supposed to be checking out they called and let me know I would get a refund minus the 2 nights that the room couldn’t be rebooked. I accepted this. They also asked me on that call ‘please if you could not leave a negative review as it affects our bookings’ For 3 weeks now I’ve been calling and messaging trying to see what the status of the refund but am told every day ‘we’ll be in contact’. And they don’t answer the phone. This is not a luxury boutique hotel as advertised. It’s an average motel at best. And the customer service is the WORST.

Booked in April 2021 for April 2022 cancelled in January 2022 by the hotel no explanation given after emailing, so be careful about this hotel. We cant leave a review for this hotel as we will not get the opportunity to stay there.

Do not stay here, my friend and I booked a room for one week and were not able to sleep at all due to stomping overhead and scraping furniture across the floor. Horrible! Mold on bathroom sink. Broken lamp next to bed. Overhead fan was stuck on high. They also rent through airbnb as At Mine. Not worth it!

Hotel was cute but no air conditioning. Informed management and were promised it would be fixed or we would be moved to a new room. The air conditioning was never fixed, and the manger kept putting us off and making promises she never kept. My sister had to sleep outside by the pool because it was 85 degrees in the room. The floor appeared to never have been mopped because our feet would be black after walking around in the room. Talked with the manager night before we were checking out and she said to stop by the office, and she would make adjustments to our bill. It was her day off.

Had a horrible experience with this property. Came home from dinner one evening and the bathroom sink was overflowing with disgusting water. Water overflowed from the sink into bathroom drawers where makeup was kept. Property is refusing to pay for all of the damaged cosmetics. Pretty sure this is negligence on their part!!! Would NOT recommend this property
