Elita Hotel

La habitación era pequeña, había que firmar las toallas. Estaba bastante limpio pero no hay campanas y silbatos. La habitación estaba muy cerca de la playa. El estacionamiento fue genial. El recepcionista fue muy amable: el área de la piscina era agradable. Los restaurantes estaban a poca distancia.

¡Pasamos un tiempo increíble! El hotel era agradable por dentro, la cama era cómoda y estaba súper limpia. El personal era agradable y servicial. El único problema es que la habitación está unida a otra habitación. Podrías escuchar a los vecinos sonándose la nariz. Estoy bastante seguro de que escucharon todo desde nuestra habitación por la noche y pudimos escuchar a su bebé llorar por la noche ... situación muy incómoda. El baño de la oficina no tiene cerradura.

The hotel was much better kept and serviced 5 years ago in 2019! Now no one works on site, emails and calls were hard to connect with staff, most did not speak English and the facility definitely needs attention and upgrading. Lawn chairs by pool are worn out and the kitchens have absolutely no supplies. The location is great but they need to put more effort into maintaining it, offering better services and communication with clients.

We chose this spot based on our stay from 2022. One now has to check in at the adjacent property next door, which could have been noted in our reservation. We had a ground floor king room. Initially we could not access the room with the code because the instructions included only the numbers, not the icon which also needed to be punch in. Once shown how, no problem. The room was looking a bit worn compared to our last stay. Utensils and kitchenware provided were few and unmatched in size and number. There was no coffee maker which we had before. Once I asked about it, one was provided even though it is no longer standard. A very efficient touch. Coffee is provided in the main floor lounge. Grounds were still very nice as was the pool. Pool towels and chairs are readily accessible. There is a second story furnished sun deck. Anything we needed, we called for and the non-English speaking staff delivered. Fortunately my phone has a translator. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows did not suit a side sleeper. Bath supplies were ample. Beach is just across the street as it is situated on 1A1, great location. Stayed prior to a cruise, port not being far away. Not certain it was worth the rate charged. Street parking is no longer included but charged at $20/day and first come, first space.

We stayed here 20 plus years ago under different ownership. We loved it then and loved it even more this time around. Clean, updated , friendly staff in a small boutique hotel No waiting for an overcrowded elevator, no loud crowds around the pool, priced right, just steps from the beach, all the things you are looking for when trying to chill out. It’s not the place to stay at if you are looking for a ton of amenities, but we didn’t come down to South Florida to spend our time in the hotel. We will be back.

The absolutely worst experience! Booked this hotel through ******* for a quick girls trip. Arrived around 1:30 pm and was told room wasn't ready. No problem, the desk clerk stored our luggage, gave us code to front gate and storage room. Informed us that we would be notified by text when room was ready. We go have lunch and return at 4pm to check in, eventhough we never received text about the room. No one at front desk, we call hotel, no answer, had to leave message. For over three hours we tries calling every number on hotel's website. Never received a call back. Thank godbwe could get into the lobby via front gate and had access to our stored luggage. After 3.5 hrs, we contacted ******* who also couldn't get anyone from hotel on the phone. After speaking with three different agents who checked various hotels in the area for availability with no luck, I saw the Aqua Hotel (small boutique hotel) that was minutes away from the Elita, ******* was able to secure us a reservation. No one from the Elita ever contacted us. Had we booked them directly, we would have been SOL. How do you not have front desk agent at hotel in middle of the day? How do you not have someone manning the phone? If I could give no stars I would. Buyer Beware, stay away from this hotel!!!!!!
