Futura Club Spiagge Bianche

We are a family of 2 adults and two children (4 and 0,5) and our room was 233. Positive (+): The friendly staff. Big room. Cleaning of the room. Breakfast. Clear blue water. Elena and Valentina were good with the children. The relax pool which few people use. Not so many people use the big pool in the morning. Less good: The room door didn't keep the sound outside and you could easily hear when people where walking and talking in the corridor when passing. Lunch and dinner: Some days the food was good and many time the food didn't taste so much. Even if it looks like there is a lot of food to choose from, they put the same food on different plates to make it look like there is more to choose from. I think they have four plates for one dish. The big pool is also used for aqua gym and other activities which makes it a bit crowded sometimes. 5 min walk to the beach (you have to leave the facilities and cross the street). A lot of people queue in the morning to get to the sunbeds early (the beach "opens" at 09:00). There are a lot of algae in the sea. AC didn't work correctly the first day. The AC ventilation broke and had to be fixed = no AC for 1-2h. The AC doesn't reach the whole room. A difference of 2-3 degrees difference. No keys to lock the toilet doors in the lobby and close to the breakfast restaurant. I asked the staff, and they said that the owner has chosen it like that. Meaning, than anybody can open your door while you are doing you business. It gets very loud in both restaurants since there are no paintings, curtains or something in the room to absorb the sound that is made by all the clients and staff. The gym is accessible 24/7. Our room is above the gym and we could one night hear the person working out at 23:00. Small refrigerator without freezer. You can upgrade your stay by paying extra. This gives you the same table every day and sunbed that are closer to the beach. The stay is already expensive. We stood in line for 10-15 min for a balloon and face painting. But since there were too many kids, the staff (Elena and Valentina) didn't have time for all of the kids in line. The staff prioritized to do the club song instead of taking care of the children who were standing in line. There were already staff doing the singing and dancing so there were no need for these two to join. They should have continued to take care of the children that were in line. Since they didn't have time for my 4 year-old daughter, this made her sad and she later started to cry. The IKEA furniture to store your clothes in are not fixed to the walls and can therefore fall over the child if it chooses to start climbing on it. Children in the US have already died due to this and therefore IKEA have made it very clear that it needs to be fixed to the wall. That was not only for our room but also in room 234. The room is to close to the stage, so you can hear the music in the evening. In the restaurants, the chairs, tables and baby chairs are poorly cleane

Un’esperienza bellissima! Ale dell’assistenza escursioni è una persona davvero fantastica, sempre disponibile e gentile. Nino, la nostra guida, è stato molto scrupoloso e coinvolgente nel raccontarci la storia e le meraviglie di questa splendida isola. Un plauso anche al team di animazione dell’hotel: eccezionali! Sono riusciti a far divertire tutti, grandi e piccoli!

Siamo stati ad agosto in 4 esperienza qualità prezzo molto scarsa la camera ci è stata consegnata alle 17:30 va be era scritto alle 17 però visto il numero di camere molto basso i tempi siano stati lunghissimi. La camera grande ma sporca con fili di corrente fuori terra tra i letti molto pericoloso , la pulizia molto scarsa in generale capitava di salire alle 14 in camera e ancora stavano pulendo servito molto lento e insufficiente . La mensa offriva poca varietà in particolare per bambini su richiesta sé c’era disponibilità ti facevano qualcosa tipo cotoletta . L animazione molto bravi ma la struttura è molto carente in struttura di intrattenimento giudizio generale insuffiente mi dispiace ma non credo di soggiornare in future in una delle vostre strutture

Ho trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile in questa struttura! Si mangia davvero bene: il cibo è vario, abbondante e sempre di ottima qualità. Le camere sono spaziose, curate e molto confortevoli, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di sole e divertimento. La reception è sempre disponibile e gentile, pronta a risolvere qualsiasi necessità con professionalità e cortesia. Un grande punto di forza è sicuramente l’animazione: ragazzi fantastici, pieni di energia e simpatia, capaci di coinvolgere tutti con attività durante il giorno e spettacoli serali davvero spettacolari. Il mare è semplicemente incantevole: acqua limpida, spiaggia curata e un panorama che ti fa venir voglia di non andare più via. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi una vacanza completa all’insegna del relax, del divertimento e della bellezza del mare. 🌊☀️🌟

Ottima struttura, personale cordiale e disponibile attento alle esigenze dei clienti, animatori instancabili. Buffet ricco con tanta varietà. Esperienza da ripetere.
