Felt deceived by the ratings I see here. All though if you read the reviews you understand. Our room had furniture that was absolutely gross. I understand they have a reno planned but they need to replace the upholstery now!!! I did not want to even sit down, stains, padded worn through, holes, wripples and more. I also pre requested a rollaway which they said yes to in advance and reserved it for me. They did not deliver. I sat up until 11pm when finally a very sweet helpful housekeeping person and rude front desk person delivered. The man seemed stunned that I was in my pajamas, did I mention 11pm after probably 5-6 phone calls. She wheeled the bed in by herself with my help and together we put the sheets on. This gentlemen just stood in the hall looking annoyed and offered no help. This is way below hilton and embassy standards. Also the breakfast is good if you can get some. We waiting 30 minutes plus to get eggs and french toast standing in line. They do not even have other things like bacon and sausage out so the line is inevitable. Poor management of the entire operation, terrible set up for breakfast (although the food was good if you were patient and had time). They really need to shut this place down and do the reno immediately. And hire new management. Very very disappointing. Find somewhere else to go. Shower and bathroom were dirty and destroyed with very very low water pressure too. Luke warm water at best, every time used.
