BLACK STRAT, aptly named for its monochromatic interiors, is a cozy 1BD apartment that is centrally located in the East Peoria area, right by ICC and is chock full with amenities! Conveniently located 10 MINS away from DT Peoria and East Peoria, this unit is perfect for travelers and workers coming to the area. The unit is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living space, keyless entry and in-unit washer and dryer! There is even a FREE parking lot with plenty of spaces! This apartment boasts a collection of dramatic interiors with many dark, monochromatic décor elements and color schemes which present the space as contemporary. We call it “moody minimalism.” We kindly ask that you treat the space with care—any damages may be subject to a fee based on the extent, but we know you’ll treat it like home! (Respect our property and our things) We don't need permission to access the property if there is something that you deem unsuitable, that needs remedy • Smoking is a violation of our house rules and something you can’t do. This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest • Locals must contact the host before booking • Your white glove service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries. Additional supplies can be purchased by guests for an additional charge • To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer luxury hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. • Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our regular towels will result in additional charges Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. Our Housekeeping team will wash all the laundry. • Check-in at 4pm / Check-out at 11am Check out time is STRICTLY 11 AM unless late check out is previously confirmed • Any unscheduled late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $100 USD. • If your unscheduled late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. • This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied • The occupancy limit for this property is 4 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing • Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges • No parties or events • No loud noises between 9pm-10am • No outside noises between 8pm-10am • No unregistered guests • No pets, unless it is a service animal which documentation will need to be provided • No illegal activities and weapons of any kind • No smoking of any kind • Park in your designated area • Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture • Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. • If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the apartment in, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. • Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish.
