We are a pet friendly VRBO and there is a $50 pet fee per animal(: The space: This space is a duplex with its own entrance and parking. You do not ever have to interact with other people. You do not share anything at all it is, its own space. This home is on the 1st floor. If the duplex is rented out from the 2nd floor you will have neighbors but rest assure we only allow guests to stay here with good track record, (good reviews) I am a super host and have been for a long time now. I will always do my best to ensure my guests enjoy the most out of there stay. Guest access You will have access to the driveway coming in from the neighborhood. You have access to the patio on right hand side next to the front door entrance. It is fenced in, perfect for pets!
