T3 Alpenhotel Flims

Stayed as part of a Shearings coach tour. Room large, clean and with alovely view. Very comfortable beds but no air con so , with outside temperatures in late 20's very, very hot. Excellent breakfasts but evening meals left a lot to be desired, especially with choice. If you are elderly, village is about 10 minute walk uphill. Staff were very friendly but drink prices were very high, £15 for a cocktail! Avoid the packed lunches at all costs. They are dire.

Extremely friendly staff. We really felt like home. The family room was spacious with a great terrace. The breakfast buffet had wide range of choices with a really good coffee. We are defintely coming back! Thank you for this great service.

As a couple we spent 3 weeks in this hotel. It was simply perfect. From the room comfort , to the huge array of delectable goodies at the buffet breakfast and above all the excellent service from the front desk through to the Dining room and from housekeeping .I can not fault our experience and would certainly return. Special mention goes to MOMO and his girls. Always smiling and eager to please.

The Spanish general manager Carlos told us that internet was available throughout the hotel when he knew there was not. When I others complained, he was rude and abusive as well as being a liar. All the other staff were friendly apart from the general manager. There were no ***** toilets on the ground floor and you had to go to your room if you wanted to use the toilet. The hotel is not suitable for disabled people with steps everywhere. the grounds were covered with brambles and weeds and gave the place an uncared look. In the room there was a shower over a bath tub but very difficult to access the taps. Very slippery bathroom floor. Bathroon had 2 soap dispensers but I could not get soap out of either. The bedside light was so dim it was impossible to read anything in bed. The desk had room for a fridge but there was none. There was no fan or air conditioning despite the temp being in the 30s outside.All rooms had a balcony. The evening meal consisted of a starter (2 days soup and 2 days rabbit food) main course and desert. Drinks were charged to your room and when paying the bill found them expensive.The main course had generous portions. Breakfast was in buffet style with cereal/yoghurt. Cold meat and cheese, rolls/bread, butter/margerine, jam. No eggs of any kind. 2 drinks machine for coffee with one machine had hot chocolate which was so sweet it was undrinkable. multi vitamin juice and orange juice was available.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, ein paar Schritte und man ist bei den Bussen die Flims/Laax/Falera und weitere Stationen verbinden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen (für uns), nur Badewanne mit Dusche, keine Dusche einzeln. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer nach hinten versetzt und super schön hell und eitel Sonnenschein am Morgen (je mach Lage). Die Betten sind zwar weich, aber ok. Das Frühstück war auch gut, hat sicher für jeden etwas. Zum Essen: Das war sehr gut , die Salate super gut mit viel Abwechslung, auch die Suppe war jeweils sehr fein. 5 Sterne für das Essen! Einzig beim Dessert besteht noch Handlungsbedarf, 2x hintereinander Schokokuchen, mal als Kecks, mal mit flüssigem Inhalt, nicht so ideal. Mal was Safitges, Erfrischendes wäre angebracht gewesen, nach dem üppigen, guten Essen, z.B. in Form von Fruchtsalat, Eis. Was uns ein wenig störte, dass bereits kurz vor 20 Uhr abgeräumt wurde, obwohl bis 20.30 Uhr Abendessen war, man muss wirklich 19 Uhr oder kurz danach zum Abendessen erscheinen. Aber dies ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Bargänger sind wir nicht, waren nur 1x, es läuft aber immer was, gibt Spiele und sonstige Unterhaltung. Was super ist, es werden diverse Ausflüge oder Unterhaltungen angeboten. Der "Aufenthaltsraum" ist in der Lobby, der Platz ist aber beschränkt und eigentlich kein gemütlicher Raum, aber ok, für kurz mal hin sitzen. Zum Personal: Einfach top!!! Herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit! Von der Reception bis zu den Serviceangestellten, mehr geht nicht. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden sicher wieder kommen!

Das ganze Team macht einen super Job. Alle sind engagiert, herzlich und geben den Gästen das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Auch wenn wir nur sehr wenig Gäste waren, wurde uns viel geboten, das fast tägliche Skiguiding war toll. Vielen Dank, dass ihr diese Woche trotz meinem Ärger mit den Bergbahnen zu einem super Erlebnis gemacht habt.
