Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Airport

This hotel is convenient to parks also and restaurants and shopping. It is clean with a great staff. The only problem I had was handicap parking. It is all the way around the side of the building with no door You must come all the way back to the front. If it was raining I probably would have given a 4 rating!! The logical choice front door parking is reserved for their frequent guests.

I rated this 5 star because of the staff. The hotel is your standard hampton inn. Clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and room was a nice size. Each person we came in contact with was extremely nice and helpful and professional. They play multiple roles it seems at this hotel and it ran smoothly for us. We were there for under a day but very happy with our stay. Their shuttle service was on-demand for us too.

Christy at the front desk was great! She went out of her way to tell us all about the area and introduced us to Longhorn Steakhouse down the road where we had a great meal! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and relaxing to stay in. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a quick one night stay before catching an early flight the next morning. It’s very close to the airport, making it very convenient if you are flying in or out. We tend to stay at Hiltons when we travel, and this one was as nice and comfortable as we have come to expect.

I came for a one night to catch a very early flight to the airport the next morning. Kevin and Abby, who were working the front desk and they were absolutely exceptional. I watched how they handled guests as they arrived and everyone was so welcomed they helped In every way. This has been my best day at a Hilton property this year. I will stay here for early flights from now on.

Miss Pat is great; always has all food always available. Always a clean environment when she is present. Definitely meets the needs of the guests. She goes out of her way to take care of the guests. Her hard work and her responsibility to the guests is demonstrated in all that she does.

We are traveling for a workcation. I’m working remotely while my family enjoys mountain biking. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, they have strong wifi, and this is the best breakfast area we’ve encountered at a Hampton Inn property. Little details go a long way like offering honey with the tea selection, providing coordinated flavored fruit toppings for the waffles, and the lemon poppy scones are top notch.

The room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. However it would’ve been much more convenient to have a bedside table with rechargeable sockets on EACH side of the beds. That was frustrating. Also bedside lighting on each side of the beds. There was No place to put a glass of water or your eyeglasses or your phone. I had to put my phone on the floor. The door to the small refrigerator was almost impossible to open. We struggled each time we needed to open the door. The sliding bathroom door bumped into anyone who happened to be standing at the closet. This happened more than once. Staff was very friendly. We appreciated the 24 hour hot coffee/tea - especially for my 4:3 0am departure to catch a flight. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel!! So clean! Comfy beds!! This is now my go to when flying out of Asheville! My flight left early so I didn’t get to eat breakfast. Left at 5 am and there was hot fresh coffee! This was the best Hampton I ever stayed at. Kudos to the staff and management. Great job!!
