Faros Residence Adults Only

We stayed in apartment 108 which was absolutely lovely although we spent little time in it as it came with the best terrace we have ever had anywhere. So well furnished with the most amazing views. Fab AC too. Lovely swimming pool which we used daily & always only ones there as pool shared with only 4 apartments. Just a few mine walk from a small local beach all restaurants & bars. Staff were more than helpful. Fiscardo is also beautiful.

The positives are that the apartment (8) is enormous and spotlessly clean. The view from the massive terrace is spectacular, and the location is just a ten minute walk from the centre of the village. There is also ample parking. The air conditioning in the bedroom was leaking so we couldn’t use it, and the overflow for the air con in the lounge was a bucket on the terrace which kept spilling over and made the terrace slippery. There was also no light in the bedroom - only bedside lamps so it was very dark. These points didn’t really detract from our stay, which was overall enjoyable, but should be addressed. However, the main problem for us is that despite this being advertised as ‘adults only’, there were noisy children in both the apartment above and the one below us. We did bring this up with the property both during our stay, and on check out, and we were told that they had family visiting so ‘what could they do?’ The answer is not to sell something that they cannot provide to paying guests. We were told on checkout that they would consider a partial refund, but we heard nothing back. We emailed them to chase for a response but we were ignored. I’m sorry to post this review as this could be a spectacular place to stay, but the lack of acknowledgment from management has been really disappointing.

A wonderful residence with kind caring people who look after your every need . They are serviced daily and provide all that is required for a luxurious and restful stay . The pool is large and heated and the location is perfect for evening strolls into Fiskardo. The only negative is the television that refused to work after 3 attempts. Hopefully improved for 2024 . However not a real issue

Just returned from Faros Residence, these beautiful fully equipped apartments have a large balcony with stunning views and beautiful outdoor furniture, home from home with everything you need. Immaculately clean lovely white linen/towels changed regularly. The owners/staff are welcoming, friendly, warm, always smiling and cannot do enough for you. The pool area is stunning set in beautiful grounds it's the perfect place to relax...could not ask for more!!!! Having also stayed in Faros Suites I would highly recommend all of Faros properties and you would not be disappointed.
