The hotel was fantastic! The pool is spacious and suitable for swimming laps. It's really convenient to grab and go for breakfast. Personally, I appreciated how hard yet comfortable the beds are. However, it was the AGM that convinced me to stay at the place. Jessy was outstanding. She responded to all of my inquiries. made certain that I was satisfied with everything. She was really amiable, and politeness is crucial after a 12-hour job. 10/10 would suggest!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our family unexpectedly needed to stay long term and they helped us find a great room for a great deal. They accept weekly payments which is super helpful. The room is comfortable and they had supplies we could use for the kitchen.

It was adequate. Staff was nice and helpful. Definitely needs to be refurbished, refreshed and updated. Would stay again, but no complaints to express. It was a one night stay. Affordable if needing to have an extended stay and you don’t care about a lot of frills.

Great rooms, excellent staff, absolutely love staying here. Clean rooms, clean building, always made to feel at home and location is great. Will be back here for my future trips. Great coffee in the morning. I think everyone would be surprised how relaxing it is here

Best experience we have ever had! Front desk went over and above with courtesy and kindness. Very accommodating to our needs. Great night sleep with soft pillows and quietness. Spotless room! Located near restaurants.

My family and I traveled here and stayed at the hotel while we went to railfan and fostoria. Kim was absolutely incredible and helped us with so much since we arrived late. The hotel is huge, amenities are still not readily available because of covid but that's okay because Kim made sure we had everything we needed. Ups: huge room Elevator works super fast Clean and staff is amazing Downs: there are no dishes or utensils in the room but they are readily available at the front desk

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The staff was very nice to us. Breakfast was pretty small, but we made it work. We room almost felt like a little apartment. It’s nice too the it can accommodate a family of 5, which can be hard to find.

It's still the best place to stay n Findlay, great customer service, house keeping, management, front desk, to the maintenance man!! I give this place a 10 allll day!! I still will be here another before I leave n I'm coming back!

This is a really great place to stay. All the staff is nice and it is very clean here. I been here awhile and the vibes have really been great. The housekeeping is very helpful and friendly. And there’s water in the pool.
