Artim Exclusive Apart Hotel

Pros: good location, silence, cleanliness, new furniture, air conditioning, good room design. Disadvantages: no one is at the reception, it is impossible to seek help. There is no washing machine, no balcony, although it was indicated. There was no Wi-Fi. There are no toiletries: there was one small soap and shower gel for four, there was no shampoo. Barely found staff to bring us the missing two sets of bed linen and towels. Bad smell of sewerage in the bathroom. There is no sponge and dishwashing products in the kitchen. There's not even salt, tea bags. The dishes are not enough for four.

We stayed as a group of 10 people across 3 rooms. The rooms can hold 4 people, 2 on the double bed and 2 on the large wide sofa. The rooms were clean, the sofa area was large enough to relax and the bathroom was excellent with a large rainfall shower and plenty of space, better than many hotels I thought. The location is literally a few steps from restaurants in one direction and the other direction has more local shops and places to buy bread or clothes. It is close to the seafront for an evening by the sea or morning having breakfast in the beautiful scenary. The room was v clean and the people who worked there were extremely helpful not only during our stay but before and after in helping us to arrange transport. It was our first visit to Fetiyhe and first visit to Turkey and we did not speak a word of Turkish so I appreciated that they had a very responsive WhatsApp where I ould msg in English for all my needs. One of the rooms didn't have very good Internet but when I asked about it they gave me another code to connect to so I think those who have complained about Internet needed to ask as upon asking everyone was very helpful and all queries and wants were met. The price is very good for the location so I am shocked that we found any availability, it is a hidden gem and I would stay again.
