SEASCAPE on Amelia Island has the ocean as its canvas; the beach is brought into each facet of this retreat's decor.  A newly remodeled clean, modern and unit of over 1600 square feet will provide everything you need for a relaxing vacation.  You are just steps to the ocean, but still have the nice amenities of a high-end property with pool, hot tub, and a beautiful veranda that looks out over a small lake with a fountain.  Fort Clinch and Egan's Greenway are immediately next to the condo complex for nature walks and bike rides.  The view of the ocean and park at Main Beach, along with restaurants, provides a nice view of the island.  The most popular restaurant on the island, Salt Life Food Shack, is right down the street and is a beautiful short stroll from the condo.  Fort Clinch Park is immediately behind the condominium complex and downtown Fernandina is a bike ride or walk of about 1.5 miles.  This complex is one of the only places on the island in which the ocean, Fort Clinch, and downtown area at your fingertips.  
The condo is recently renovated with new granite counter tops and cabinetry throughout the kitchen and bathrooms.  The kitchen has high-end stainless appliances with a large refrigerator, stove and microwave, and dishwasher.  Flooring is a combination of beautiful tile and luxury vinyl that's just perfect for lots of traffic in and out of the condo.  The large kitchen area allows for any type of food preparation and the dining area with bar stools seats up to 10 individuals.   Every precaution has been taken to sanitize this condo for guests.  Fiber internet access makes remote work and live streaming of apps easy. One of the bedrooms has a desk and printer to provide the comfort of a vacation office.  
Window shutters and shades allow as much or as little light as you desire.  The high ceilings in this condo provide an airy and spacious feel.  The open living area has plenty of seating with a large coffee table for board games and cards.  A 55-inch “smart” television is in the living area.  A swivel recliner is perfect for a nap or for watching television. 
This condo has a Tempur-Pedic split king bed in the master bedroom that allows for convenience and motion separation.  The master bath has a large shower, a large master closet, double sinks and a water closet.  The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom contains twin beds.  The living area also has a sofa bed that can sleep two.  Two other “smart” televisions can be watched from the master and twin beds.
A separate laundry room with washer and dryer are available in the condo.  The condo has a veranda with loveseat and two additional chairs.  Gas grills are available for all guests near the pool area.  This condo is in the most ideal location as it is above the garage floor.  One short flight of stairs or the elevator will bring you to your first-floor condo that is right inside the breezeway.  A few steps will take you to the walkway (crosswalk)  that leads to the pool, hot tubs, grills, and parking lot.  There is plenty of lighting available on the grounds.
The storage room for this condo is easily accessible with beach chairs and umbrellas available for tenants. Another great stay at this condo. Great proximity to the beach, nice condo and well stocked with all the things you’d need and the owners are great to work with. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time. Being in a wheelchair  things are not always easy. I had plenty of room to maneuver around. It was a plesant stay for sure. We will stay here again next time we come to Fernandina Beach

Ocean park 109 Fernandina Beach
Absolutely beautiful condo. It was well furnished and very comfortable beds. Everything and more than you could possibly need including a very well stocked kitchen. The owners are amazing and communication was top-notch. Can’t wait to go back.

Perfect for the Family
We have been coming down to Fernandina for the past 18 years.  Bonnie was a fantastic host.  Her promptness in communication made everything so smooth.  The condo was a great fit for our family.  It felt like a home away from home.

 Beautiful Amelia Island
This was our second time staying in these condos.  Lovely location with short walk to beach. We loved collecting shells and sharks teeth.

Amazing property 
This was our second stay at this property. The location is excellent. The pool is very close to the unit and the beach is a very short walk. We opt to drive to the beach because there are always a lot of spots and it’s easier for us with our small kids. The owners are extremely responsive and kind. They stock the unit with everything you might need in the kitchen and give lots of starter supplies (dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.). It’s so nice not to have to worry about packing all that. Can’t say enough good things.the downtown area is also very cute with great restaurants. Can’t wait until our next stay!
