Villa Rosa Maldives

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Rosa! It’s cosy, cute and every detail is thought through! The food is incredible - the Italian coffee, incredible dishes and tasty desserts Mikaela prepares daily. The meals are family style so we made new friends! The island is gorgeous - really beautiful and a truly more intimate and local experience. Loved the focus on sustainability, the resident marine biologist and coral restoration projects as well as the incredibly well ran dive operation. I learned so much and the diving spots were incredible. Thank you so much, Miki and Claudio!!!! You have created something beautiful with so much love and care. We cannot wait to come back!

We just spent a wonderful week on Feridhoo, an island with a beautiful, almost untouched flora and fauna. Thank you to Luca from Noohiri Diving Center for taking us to the most amazing diving spots with healthy coral reefs. A truly unforgettable experience! Also, big thank you to Federica for passing on her knowledge as marine biologist about the delicate eco system corals need to thrive and explaining the conservation programme started by Villa Rosa for the protection and regrowth of corals. Villa Rosa is a small guest house with a lovely interior and lush garden, ideal for a weeks stay.

Amazing Guest House that lives from the charm of it's size and the owners Claudio and Michela. They have created a very cozy place that makes you feel relaxed instantly as you enter Villa Rosa. I arrived at a neighboring island around 19:00 at night when it was pitch dark already due to a delayed flight, but Carlo had arranged a private speedboat for the last miles to Feridhoo and personally picked me up. My Room was clean and beautifully decorated with air conditioning, fan and WiFi. The outdoor shower and the coral sand in the yard give this a very Maldivian touch.You have breakfast and Dinner (did not have lunch) with other guests so that you instantly connect with others staying at the villa. You don't feel like you are coming to a hotel, but to a cozy home when you pick up your keys from Claudio in his office. I spent 10 nights there also making use of the Noohiri Diving Center, which is run by the owners of Villa Rosa. It's a PADI 5* Diving Center and I was out on a boat for two dives every morning. Great staff both instructors and dive masters. They have a great traditional Dhoni boat converted to diving boat with a very experienced captain who knows the tides pretty well. The area is great for diving with numerous reefs and thilas and hardly any other divers around when I went. The island in general must be one of the nicest local islands as there is still a lot of green and jungle on the island. There are also 3 restaurants for both locals and tourists as well as 3 local supermarkets. The Bikini Beach is also very nice with a house reef right next to it. The Guest House has it's own sun beds there for you only. I can thoroughly recommend this place to anyone wanting to experience a local Maldivian island and do some snorkeling or diving!

We experienced Villa Rosa on Feridhoo to be a lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, very clean and the food was delicious. Michaela and Claudio are lovely hosts who made our stay a great experience. We definitely recharged our batteries.

A Fantastic Time at Villa Rosa Maldives! Hey everyone! I just HAVE to tell you about my amazing stay at Villa Rosa Maldives. This place is super cool, and the owners, Claudio and Michela, really know how to make you feel welcome! First off, the hospitality was top-notch. Claudio and Michela were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They even helped me to plan my day so I could explore the Feridhoo island and have the best time ever! E.g. snorkeling at the BBQ beach and swam with turtle. Or chilling and watched sunset at the bikini beach. The food at Villa Rosa was yummmmmy! Every meal was super tasty and made with fresh ingredients. I couldn't get enough of it! The dinner was my favorite part of the day. You won't want to miss it! My time at Villa Rosa Maldives was soooo much fun. The rooms were clean and comfy, and I loved to see the cats had fun. I want to give a big THANK YOU to Claudio and Michela for making my stay unforgettable. You guys rock! If you're planning a trip to the Maldives, you've got to check out Villa Rosa. What a stay! Villa Rosa is a hidden gem on one of the few remaining local untouched maldivian islands. Very friendly staff around the Italian owners: Micky who takes care of the villa, cooks gorgeous Italian dishes while Claudio looks after the Diving Center. Very clean rooms nestled around a nice garden and a nice outdoor shower. We were there for a week in December. Had a great time!
