Our family's home is an ample and bright renovated farmhouse, nestled between Rothrock State Forest and Bald Eagle State Forest, is close to town, PSU campus and stadiums. When you're not in town cheering on your team or exploring all of what State College has to offer you can roam the almost 4 acre property with your beverage of choice, relax on the outdoor deck or inside in the great room with breathtaking views of farm fields, Rothrock rolling ridge line, and our 1855 historic barns. The interior of the house boasts a warm and inviting great room with plenty of windows to enjoy the outside from the inside! The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and dining, which includes counter seating and table that can seat up to 8. The spacious bedrooms are spread out over two levels, with one bedroom on the main floor off of the great room and two bedrooms with full baths on the second floor.
