首先，老闆很熱情，訂了房間沒多久就打電話加微信説去客棧的路線，下了磁懸浮以後説順路來接我們。我們一共三個人，定了兩間房，入住時老闆説衹需要兩個人的身份證（什麼成分就不説了），一樓的房間是雙床房（朋友在一樓住了一晚鼻炎犯了），外面路上人來人往的，兩個女生住很不方便，也沒辦法開門，夏天到了，蚊子太多，除了那個門，沒有窗户可以透氣，所以空氣真的很不新鮮（有股黴味和臭味），跟朋友溝通我們住到二樓，結果二樓的廁所沒有紙巾，一樓廁所有紙巾，薄的跟霧一樣，沒辦法用，我們都用自己帶的餐巾紙，陽台的欄桿及天花板很多蜘蛛網，吊椅很大黴味也很臟，廁所也沒有一次性拖鞋，床上有蟲子，被套有味道，很難評，還好衹是將就一個晚上，從這種情況看來平常壓根就沒有着重打掃過衞生，評論區的好評是不是刷的，大家看圖吧，就不多説了

很不錯，民宿就在鳳凰古城景區雲橋下面，門口就是沱江，房間很寬敞明亮，房內乾淨衞生整潔，設施設備齊全，老闆是中青年夫妻，很熱心的，沒有電梯但樓層不高，老少客人都能接受，坐在房間看沱江裏龍舟訓練，很舒服，晚上睡覺很安靜，優點很大？可以忽略缺點了，五星好評送給年輕老闆

酒店位置緊鄰着鳳凰古城景區和河岸，也靠近公路，方便攜帶行李，雖然老闆很熱情會去迎接，但因為在河岸所以這個位置對行李較多的就很友好，房間乾淨整潔不説，視野也是不錯的，還可以看見旁邊的表演，總體感覺很不錯。

我們是凌晨三點不到到的，民宿老闆還一直在等我們，快到了還親自來接，很感動。老闆包的餛飩真的不錯，強烈推薦。推薦的旅遊遊玩攻略和苗族服飾拍照爭議不錯，下次還是會去的。

急急忙忙都沒來得急拍照了，房間舒適、乾淨，老闆服務熱情 還沒到景區門口就在停車場🅿️等着了 安排我們停車，騎着小電動幫我們把大件行李全部運送到客棧，步行至客棧1-2分鐘，江景房、大浴缸，泡澡之餘還可以看看晚上江景，再喝點小酒 要上天......客棧有免費的水喝，每個房間一個小桶打水上樓，喝完繼續下來打，貼心服務，最後鬧了個小插曲，拍完夜晚旅拍，半夜離開鳳凰的時候車子被擋，打電話給老闆請求幫助，老闆二話不説大半夜騎車出來給我們打電話，找人解決，親自去找人拿車鑰匙挪車，良心商家，極力推薦！

老闆服務態度還可以 幫我們接送行李 但是民宿設備不咋好 馬桶蓋都是分家的 我也是服了 住這麼多次酒店民宿也是第一次遇見這種情況 我們幾個大冤種因為是晚上十點左右才到鳳凰也就懶得折騰了 湊活的住了一晚 讓拿一雙拖鞋和洗漱用品 老闆是答應了也沒拿來 早餐味道一般但是分量挺少的不過這個價格也不要什麼自行車了 另外這邊是下游 河邊的水還有點點臭味 總之如果花兩百多塊錢不如去住連鎖的 避雷避雷！
