Private: natural state property 2 ha (fenced), wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: central heating system. Parking on the premises. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km. No air conditioning, while you would expect it for this price, in 2 toilets the water continued to run when you flushed, in 1 shower the shower tap did not stick, so you had to hold the shower in your hand. The stove had 3 gas burners, 2 of which did not

The finca is very large and beautifully furnished. The pool and the covered terrace are great. A car is necessary for shopping. The landlord on site is super nice and helpful.
