Easy smooth check in. Friendly staff. Room was super clean and smelled surprisingly good I was very impressed with everything!!

It’s a great location close to airport and restaurants. Rooms were clean. No extra towels, rude staff and didn’t have rooms available for handicapped persons on bottom floor. I’ll stay elsewhere for a better stay next time.

I made an online reservation BECAUSE it was a Best Western property. When we arrived, the property was looked dirty and the lobby smelled. The online photos are very misleading. We did not check in as I could only imagine what the rooms would be. Went down the street to Holiday Inn Express which was wonderful! We have previously stayed at Best Western properties for years and never had this issue. Do NOT book here.

This photo makes this place look like a 5 star hotel but it’s far from it. The room smelled terribly. The walkways were black they were so dirty, and the breakfast was some food from dollar general and they tried to make it look like a nice breakfast. I couldn’t fine anyone that spoke English when my door wouldn't open even when I had the key. Also the smell of fresh green stuff constantly filled the air, I watched the police patrol the parking lot several times a day! It’s wasn’t all bad, it’s a fabulous location to the airport. If you’re looking for a vacation spot this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to stay a few days on a business trip then it will do the trick. Also if you or your kids like watching airplanes this is the perfect hotel.

This place is disgusting and they had the nerve to charge me 100.00 three months after my stay, and they told me "ma'am we do not need to let you know we are charging you, you got red hair dye on a WASH CLOTH, and we had to throw it away." So you charged me three months later? But I couldn't charge you for the roaches that I saw when I moved the garbage can to take my garbage to the dumpster. You all are a bunches of clowns.

The staff at this motel are great. They are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had good options. The bed was comfortable, and the microwave and refrigerator worked. This is a motel with outdoor corridors and stairs. You have to carry your suitcase up the stairs if you're on the second floor. The room wasn't very clean. I brought supplies with me and did some cleaning in the bathroom. The St. Pete airport is next door and the planes are loud. The noise stops around 9:30 PM. The AC was noisy and I was able to turn off since it was cool and wasn't needed. The toilet didn't flush very well. My bill was wrong and my travel cards weren't applied. I contacted them to try and get that resolved. I wouldn't stay here again but it's cheaper than other hotels that are charging $200 in February. The bottom line is you get what you pay for.

We stayed here the night before our cruise and the night after we got off the ship. The hotel is nothing fancy, but it is clean and the employees were absolutely wonderful! They offered a shuttle to and from the PIE airport , which was almost next door to the hotel. It was a bit noisy with the planes flying in and out but it got quiet as the night progressed. You may want to bring earplugs if noise disrupts your sleep. The beds were comfortable and bedding was pristene. Breakfast was typical for a budget hotel but the coffee was hot. Shana, Susan, and Marti went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I plan to stay here the next time I cruise out of Tampa.
