It was a very bad experience I had the worst customer service at the front desk then when I get in my room it right next to the elevator so I couldn't get no sleep at all the bathroom wan half clean found *** toys underneath my bed mattress a whole strap on ***** then when I wanted to stay another night they wanted me to put down another smoke deposit for the room I'm already in and it was before check out time I just really wanted my money back but the said it non refundable and it was nothing they can do do to make my stay better but I will never tell someone one about this hotel until the fix the wrong with me thank you

The room appeared clean I went to use a towel. Left no tip. Here's a tip, even if the towels appear clean after a guest leaves, assume they are dirty, especially since we've been in Covid season since 2020. The white washcloth that was used and refolded and hung back up with other towels had red blood on it. OBVIOUSLY not clean. I tried to add a picture but it's making me sign in to add it. Also the shampoo was previously used and has dirty black fingerprints all over it.

We checked in, looked at the room and immediately checked out. Carpet was dirty and torn, and the curtains were partially ripped off the rod. When we got off the elevator we were great by a pile of garbage and the hallway carpet was filthy. Stay away, far, far away. The hotel and room looked nothing like the internet photos.

Carpet, flooring, tub, sheets all stained. Entire room had a strange odor. Got refund and left with out staying. Didn’t stick around to find out any other issues. Staff was helpful & understood me not staying.

Don't stay. 50$ deposits. Valentines day getaway. Woke up covered in bites from head, torso, arms, nipples and other privates. Rebooted into another room with another deposit. Couldn't believe it. Service horrible

There were roaches in the room, tower rock coming out the wall. Carpet was filthy. Not the most comfortable bed, only two pillows. The front desk check-in was polite. The checkout was very polite. Room is very dated.

Both rooms was dirty and one room 111 had bed bugs do bad until my mom had to be hospitalized from the many bites she recovers. Roaches was visible in room 205 as well as dirty q-tips. Bathroom toilet was beyond filthy and the list just goes on and on.

I made the reservation but then got sick with Covid. This was their response when I tried to cancel a week before I was due to check in, because I wasn't going to drive from NJ to NC while not being able to breath and not being Able to drive due to Covid: We understand that you wanted to cancel your reservation due to medical reasons. We contacted the hotel to ask exception in the cancellation policy; however, they advised that you were able to use and utilize the entire stay. Therefore, your reservation remains non-refundable. Wtheck is this! Seriously! I'm sick and now I have to $200+ for BEING SICK!!?? This place is the Worst! I'm sick and now I want to be driven down their so I can throw up on them and give Them Covid!

Disgusting... I think I found poop and a roach on the wall of the bathroom. The bed sheets and towels looked dingy. There was a weird smell in the hallways. It was musty and cigarettes mixed together. Overall a highly Disgusting experience.
