We experienced a few distractions that negatively impacted our feelings:
1. One of our two rooms (#150 and 111) was not ready when we arrived at 5 PM. We were asked to come back after 6 PM.
2. Our rooms were full of dead and actively moving flies.
3. My room door (#150) has a crack, leaving the door loosely closed.
4. Our rooms were full of musty/moldy smells.
Together, our feelings got distracted, and we decided to check out and leave the hotel within 20 minutes after we moved into our rooms.
We mentioned the poor condition of our rooms to the staff at the counter, but he did not respond to our refund request.
I look forward to refunds as these rooms' conditions are conducive to health and safety threats.
