The previous three reviews for this property are all including all the misery that we are going through currently. They gave us the most noisiest room, the room had one thin sheet on the bed and no blanket or comforter, upon calling the front desk, we were told that there is no blankets available. They were not sold out, mind you. We tried to sleep with our jackets as our blankets but we could not. At 12:30 am, I walked to the front desk. Luckily, it was a different person who had started her shift at 11 pm that night, she got us moved to a better room and also gave us a fresh comforter. Today is the 2nd day of our 4 night stay. We are looking for dishes so that we can have our take out dinner. THERE ARE NO DISHES IN ANY OF THE CABINETS. Upon calling the front desk, the person by the name "MAYA" told me to come down so that I could pick up the plates, bowls and mugs. I also asked for fresh towels and was told by MAYA to bring the used ones down, I did just that. When I got to the front desk, I was handed 2 hand towels and 1 body towel. I was told there are no other body towels available. As far as the dishes, I was told they have no dishes available. I suggested please open up one of your unoccupied rooms and give me a towel and couple of dishes from that room and once again, I was told there are none available. Finally, I ended up taking to the GENERAL MANAGER CHELSEA MORTON and once again, it was like taking to a brick wall. The same line was being repeated over and over again, "We do not have anything available". I have called Choice Priviledges and hopefully, will get some kind of refund for this very, very lousy service. We have never experienced this type of lousy service at any other Choice Properties.
