I wanted to rate 5 stars only for Mr Arvind from room service and mMr Manoj from FbB for their support and kindness. But since this is the overall rating then 2 stars instead of zero starts only thanks to Arvind and Manojs kindness and services. Rest negative rating is for The evening shift and night shift reception managers behaviour and general response itself was so damn disheartening that I wanted to walk out at night to a different hotel but there aren't much options available close to my office. No care in the world these guys at the during evening and night shifts at the reception. I don't remember the name but they definitely don't need to sit at the reception. Also the rooms ac was leaking, the kettle wasn't even cleaned and had brown colour water when I heated fresh water. The tap in the washroom was broken, the WC was pathetic and had cheap marks.

Good experience in this hotel ......all staff good and helping nature.........at the check in time they upgrade our room......thank you so much reservation team ms muskan Anu and Manoj............. housekeeping team also good...........

Don't go by the picture posted - It was bad experience - No Central heating during extreme cold weather - All hardwares are old , rusty, low lighting in rooms makes you feel dull - hotwater in bath rooms in just warm - informed the front desk, they indcated that management knows all these points but they are reluctant to renovate/change. Over not a good experience.

The bathroom, be careful you may slip. Broken tap. When opened the cold water splashed as the converter of sower and tap did not work and this is in cold winter. Don't expect hot water after 10 PM. Book this hotel in winter at your own risk. As the AC are without heating and when room heater is asked they say these are in short supply and we have to adjust in blanket. Service is poor. The TV switched of as no charge. Help yourself.

Loved this hotel. Very clean and maintained hygeine, great hospitality and room services. The food is also good and delicious. The staff services are great and polite. The prices are affordable. This is my one of my recommendable place to stay.

Rooms were so clean, hygienic and comfortable❤great food quality and excellent service ....also the staff was so polite n helpful to us😊it was an amazing experience🥰really loved this place💕highly recommended😍💯
