King suite with full kitchen. Love the separate bedroom from the sitting area and kitchen. Supplies like pots/ pans provided. Extremely spacious with a breakfast bar area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom a little older but clean. Breakfast included but get there early as they didn't seem to fill any hot food after 9 am. No pool. One thing they could do is upgrade the televisions. Overall a great stay. Recommend asking for room that does not face the highway.

Called for a possible early check in, staff on the phone were very nice and thought a room would be ready soon. When we arrived they were in the middle of staff party in the main breakfast area. We were told rooms weren’t ready yet, but would be soon, which was fine. We then waited for the official check-in time and the front desk staff was unprofessional and very rude, the room still wasn’t ready and he had no idea when it would be. He was on a personal call with his bank at the time. We went back again at 3:45 pm and he was still rude and couldn’t say when the room would be ready. He asked if we wanted to talk to the manager. She was also very rude and confirmed 3pm was the posted check-in at the front desk but she stated they had a grace period. We left then since the room wasn’t ready and we had to be somewhere. We had to check-in after returning at 6pm and were met with continued rudeness of the front desk staff. All would’ve been fine other than the poor customer service of those staff. A little kindness could’ve caused a lot less frustration all around.

We've stayed at this Hotel a couple of times. The service has always been friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious and clean as is the rest of the Hotel. The breakfast buffet is one of the better ones you'll find. Well stocked with a very nice variety. It is nice proximity to everything.

PLEASE READ We booked and paid through Priceline. Checked in and was in our room for 5 hours. Went to dinner and were locked out of the room when we came back. G... at front desk said Priceline transaction didn't go through. They gave room to someone else with our items in there. We had to give G... a debit card and pay for a new night to get back into the room even though our Priceline reservation was paid for and we checked in under it. We booked a new night with a debit card to get our items and left because of a lack of safety and incompetence. He didn't give us a refund, said to call the manager the next day. We did that, female manager said we need a 48-hour cancellation notice. She did a good job redirecting the conversation to say it was Priceline and my fault so no refund for the second debit card transaction for the room we had to book to get our items and leave. Wasn't worth the fight anymore for under $100. We did end up driving to Staybridge in Grand Forks that night to have a pleasant stay. Priceline refunded the Fargo Staybridge and rebooked in Grand Forks- Thanks. It was bad right from the start at Fargo Staybridge. When we checked in, the female desk person wasn't welcoming, but MEAN. I hope you have a better experience.

This stay didn't work out very well for us. I called the hotel a week prior to our arrival because I needed to make an adjustment to one of the three rooms that I had booked, only to find out that that they had changed our room category on all three rooms without advising us. I booked these rooms 5 months prior. I tried to figure out the best solution, including trying to find a different hotel but it was too close to our arrival date and most hotels didn't have vacancies. I was finally able to speak with a manager 3 days prior to our arrival date and all she could do was give us a discount because the rooms I originally booked were given to a wedding party. At this point I didn't have much of a choice but to accept or cancel our annual golf trip with 7 men from Winnipeg, Canada. We made do but there were additional issues. After golf we wanted to use the hot tub only to find out that the pool and hot tub were being renovated. Why wouldn't we be told this ahead of time? I'm sure there were lots of disappointed families and children who were expecting a swim at the hotel. We didn't get maid service once during our 3 night stay even though we didn't put the sign on the door stating that we didn't want it. The first morning the breakfast didn't have eggs. There was a sign that said something about delivery issues. Bottom line is, it wasn't a good experience and we won't be back.

The wife and I checked in on a Friday afternoon. The young man at the lobby desk said there was no clean rooms available for us. Had a good hour wait. Not a good start. Room was ok, clean but can tell someone had a dog. We tried to get breakfast the next morning but the server girl was sweating all over wearing dirt clothes. We did not want to eat sweaty food. My wife asked for coffee and was told she would have to wait. All the server girl did was hum and talk to herself walking back and forth. never did get coffee. We didn't want to wait around anymore. she was very shacky and looked out of it. Was not going to risk our health.

We were given a dirty room but the woman at the front desk got us into the perfect room right away. Very gracious. She helped us with ice and the extra towels we needed. We enjoyed the appetizers that were made available. Breakfast was alright but the server had a bad attitude towards many people. Overall we will stay again

Some of the previous reviews were not good so we were a little nervous. However checked in for a two night stay in a one bedroom suite. First impression of the room was that it was large and spacious. However carpet needed to be vacuumed. Staff shortages are an issue worldwide now unfortunately. Bed was comfortable, air con and outside very quiet. Gym was well equipped and there was also a free laundry. Also use of a PC and printer near the lobby. There was an evening social on the day we arrived, Wednesday evening. Chicken tacos, salad, wine and beer, it was great and we chatted to quite a few people. Breakfast was good and Theresa the attendant Is quite a character. She had us laughing on both mornings. All in all a good stay and we would return if we found ourselves in the Fargo area.

I booked my stay through an online booking and was able to change the date from April to May, however I could not remember or locate what date it had been changed to. When charge appeared I contacted hotel and they stated if on line booking agency called, I could be refunded. When online booking call they were told it could not be done. Would have been much better if they told me that, instead of spending additional time trying to resolve issue. I was also charged more than I was told through my online booking.
