尊敬的酒店管理團隊：
我對貴酒店的服務深感失望。在春節期間入住，房間的吹風機竟然壞了，打開電源吹風機電絲冒火花！當我致電前台尋求幫助時，工作人員不僅沒有提供及時的解決方案，反而告訴我房間已滿，沒有多餘的吹風機，甚至説讓我們自己擦乾頭髮，我強烈請求解決方案後，工作人員才説去拿吹風機，明明有吹風機卻不第一時間給客人，這樣的服務難以評價。更令人無法接受的是，他們拿來的吹風機竟然要求我使用後立即歸還，給了我兩個方案：要麼工作人員在門口等待，要麼要求客人拿到前台歸還，這種對待客人的方式極其不尊重，嚴重影響了我的入住體驗。希望貴酒店能重視此類問題，提升服務質量。另外，酒店的凳子螺絲掉了凳腿不穩，馬桶按鍵也有一邊按不下去，希望工作人員查房檢查時能更細心一點。

酒店位置很好，周邊有小吃街，日常生活買東西很方便，距離防城港北站不遠。房間衞生乾淨，前台小姐姐服務很周到，諮詢下來選擇了續住，每天玩回來像回家一樣。

來防城港出差，酒店正好在班車點對面，出行都很方便。周邊就是小吃步行街，離的不遠還有白鷺公園、紅樹林等景點！

房間衞生環境各方面都很滿意，上樓也是刷卡乘坐電梯，安全係數高。但12點後退房對於出差來説很不方便，中午希望有個休息的地方，所以一般情況下不會再次選擇。不過前台服務態度、酒店衞生環境各方面還是很不錯的。
