MERCURE Tengwang Pavillion hotel is located just across Tengwang Pavillion and offers a great night view. Lot of eateries around for food options. Room is very clean and staff is very friendly.They allowed me to early checkin at 10am and late checkout next day at 2pm. I want to specifically than Ella ,front desk hotel staff memeber who helped me with food options and any other travel related information. She is definitely a great employee for the hotel group and left a very warm impression for me.

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). Situación muy buena, cerca de la plaza de Mayo 1 , algunos establecimientos y restaurantes. La habitación es cómoda pero durante mi estancia en mayo el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente y por lo tanto no podía bajar la temperatura de la habitación abajo 26c. El personal estaba adorable y trataba de ayudarme dando un fan, pero todavía era un poco demasiado caliente.

Overall good, including services and also cleanliness, felt very comfortable staying in this hotel.

途徑八一廣場，由於時間太晚想着臨時休息一下，來到了這家酒店，這個價格的房間其實本就沒什麼期待，沒想到真的讓我找到了極致性價比的寶藏店。 位置：八一廣場旁邊的北京東路上，走路到廣場和武商也就三分鐘吧，兩三百米的樣子，酒店在小區裏面，超級安靜，窗外衹聽見鳥叫，休息的很好。 房間：面積不算大，跟圖上差不多，不過對我而言足夠了，而且方便又温馨，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，這個房間據説是酒店重新翻新過的。衞生不錯挺乾淨的。 服務：真的要重點講一下服務！！可能是住的店多了，我對此類酒店的服務沒有任何期待，但是從我入住到離開，碰到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的向我問好，前台的帥哥美女青春洋溢，打掃房間的大姐也和藹可親，真的震驚到我了！不為了別的，為了這服務我下次也會繼續選擇這家店。 爆贊爆贊！！

The hotel is one of the high-end hotels in the city. The cost for one-night stay actually was very reasonable by U.S. standards. It offers shower and jacuzzi in the room and very comfortable bed. The excellent breakfast was also included. The front desk and concierge offered tremendous help with friendliness and sincerity. Their service afterwards was also impressive. The front desk made an error with my U.S. credit card. Instead of using it as a deposit, he mistakenly placed a charge on it. After I returned to the U.S. I got an urgent message from trip.com to ask me to contact the hotel right away via WeChat. I got the credit back in a week with very timely follow up from the lobby service manager Andy. I definitely will stay in this hotel next time for my visit of Nanchang.

La ubicación es buena, llegue a la plaza 81 y otros lugares más cercanos, y es conveniente viajar. Hay muchos restaurantes locales alrededor, la tienda roja de red ”ocho cuartos 2” está en el estacionamiento al lado, tiene buen gusto, vale la pena pegar tarjeta!

It's an old hotel with old style interior. Front desk people are good. I stayed in the business queen room and room is spacious. There were some fixing requirements in the room and upon informing to the front desk, they fixed them quickly. Location is ok. Metro station is within walking distance. You can take public ebike right infront of the hotel and go around. Very convenient. Good malls are little bit far. Overall, not bad.
