Terrible chain! Never booking again! Driving at night with two kids in a car, booked a wrong Best Western (clicked in a wrong one in the app). Called right away to cancel, explained what happened and that I want to book it in the different location. First they hided behind 24 hours cancellation policy (like I booked it weeks ago!), then said they need managers' approval and he is not there. I made sure they put it on a record that the cancellation was within 15 min and I am not coming. 5 days later, after calling every day - manager is not available, talking to the same person who continue to tell me about 24 hours cancelation policy. To charge $117 for the room that was booked clearly by mistake and cancelled right away, you have to be THAT desperate! Being single Mom and being ripped of like that is just astonishing to me. Greedy and inhumane! Used to be a good brand.....
