The sheets and pillow shams were stained. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Only one hand towel and one bigger towel, no wash clothes, no shampoo, no conditioner. The blankets are super thin and feel like another set of sheets. *********** screwed up on my booking dates. The *********** representative tried convincing the assistant manager to give us a full refund and she refused! She didn't even want to talk to the representative on the phone! We had already booked the night directly through the hotel, but she couldn't give us a refund for the following night! This place is just a glorified Motel 6. I think they like to hide behind the name "Studio 6" because then people like us end up booking this hotel. I don't know how they have even gotten anything beyond one or two star reviews, because this place has disaster written all over it. I highly recommend not staying here.

Why can't hotels just be up front and tell you if there's a deposit for the room. Why is it always kept secret from the online booking process? Anyhow the room is nice The fridge is large The microwave is clean there's an actual cable box going to the TV. I like it. There was no wash clothes or bath mat furnished unfortunately. Only two bath towels for a double bed room is a little stingy.

Was honestly alot better than what i had seen rating wise prior ( 2.7 star) staff was super friendly and the room was well kept and clean. Only thing missing was the shampoo yet all I had to do was call up front.
