Haidee is very nice polite lady performing her job with too much happiness You should be very lucky having this type of employee . Everything in your hotel is nice and quite All the staff is very helpful and polite Ranju and chef vijay for my club sandwich is very delicious.

Fantastic wedding and various events for all of tourist/Guest, Wedding decorations are well organized and the food are really delicious, Lobby lounge Sweets and food are extremely delicious thank you Chef Vijay and thejus, Naveen, The rest of the team in the lounge are very welcoming and helpful like Hailee, Abdelkader, Nitish and Raj. Welcoming atmosphere, staffs are really great when it comes in hospitality.Hotel is really beautiful 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Amazing overall. Perfect Breakfast with a variety that covers all that you can think of. Pool on roof top is very clean and kid's friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Staff delivered our needs in an expeditious manner. We will gladly visit again this great destination.

The Hyatt hotel is a perfect spot for your next stay i promise! The hotel is very close to just about anything you need. Theres plenty of stores and shops to go to, everything you need is within walking distance. And if your just on vacation don't worry almost everyone speaks good English The Hyatt is very tourist friendly. I come to the The Hyatt in Al Kout regularly and they never disappoint! This place is never short of perfection. The staffs are very friendly along with the manager abdelkader and haidee. They are always smiling and creating a warm welcoming atmoshpere. They really know how to make you feel at home during your stay here. Haidee was very proffesional and catered to my every need. Always smiling and asking if I need anything. Thank you to all the staff members like Yasmine and neeta, sandeep for creating a wonderful experience. And my hats off to the chefs uni, thejus and gerille for making this delicious meal! Thank you all for this amazing experience keep doing what you do!

Really amazing infinity pool with sea view. Great location. Can access beach through the mall very easily. They have only one restaurant but there are manu other options near to hotel. I had booked a suite on high floor which had the best sea views from living and bedroom.

Quite atmosphere, Room is spacious. The view in rooftop is wonderful. Comfortable and accessible for everyone, connected to the mall and beach. food is great and sweets. Haidee is always giving me the best service she can provide and she is good in customer service with care. Thank you the rest of the staffs, Neeta, Abdelkader, and to all the chefs who makes delicious food and sweets, Naveen, Chandra, Gayan, Chef Gomez and Thejus. Highly appreciated and recommended this place. 💞💞💞💞

I tried the spa , Layla is very ki d person she welcomed me with a great smile and suggested for me the aroma massage And i had the best massage by Lea. It was a great massage. Thank you for this unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it for my friends.

The food is amazing and I really like the atmosphere here, Haidee and Anita they are friendly and helpful, We had an amazing bond with my family,Arabic coffee and their sweets in lounge are worth in value, the treatment in this hotel is amazing, accessible to everyone.
