Nice clean warm hotel friendly staff, we came to Peterborough for a special birthday party, we would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.

Had a nice stay here. Beds were comfy. Room was basic but very clean. Lady at reception (Emma) very helpful. She give us advice where to go to eat and drink, as we come to stay here as we was meeting friends , but not meeting them till the following evening so we wasn’t sure where to go . also booked us a taxi to get to where we wanted to be. We will definitely stay here again when visiting friends.

Extremely helpful staff. Very satisfied with great price and location. Had a problem with my emails, and wasn't sure if the booking I made was correct. Caroline on reception couldn't have been more helpful, finding and then confirming the booking to my relief.

Room was clean, with a really comfy bed and bedding. We slept really well and woke up refreshed. Umar is polite, welcoming and very helpful. Plenty of parking spaces with petrol station, Asda Express, McDonald's, Subway, Starbucks all next to hotel.

Stayed one night due to bad weather and to break up a long journey, good price with decent shop nearby. Staff were helpful and prompt. Room had comfy bed, tv, heater and tea so can't complain. Would recommend for sure. Duvet was a little thin but heater was strong and room was quite warm on arrival

We decided to visit Peterborough on our way to a few days in Norfolk. The hotel was not too far from the city center and had some good facilities surrounding it as well as places to eat and drink. The rooms are the old style but are still comfy and the staff were super friendly. Perfect for a night's stay!

Warm, clean, quiet and convenient. parking on site, cafe next door, convenient for Peterborough as our family live on the outskirts. Overall great value for money.

Hotel was clean and warm which is the most important thing in this weather. Staff were very nice and attentive with good knowledge of the area which was great to get out and see a few places before we headed to Southampton. Will definitely use again if stopping over to get some rest
