Nice clean warm hotel friendly staff, we came to Peterborough for a special birthday party, we would definitely recommend, and would stay there again.

Prefer this to any town travelodge!!! We always come back to here when n the area, we’ll looked after!!! Umer really makes it work and has real gems on his work force… can’t name them all but Jelena and Emma have seemed to be the most attentive !!!

Emma and Caroline were absolutely incredible, very helpful and helped me out during my stay. I’d recommend highly just on the basis of their care and professionalism. The other staff here very helpful also but my review is solely based on Caroline and Emma in this case

Friendly and clean, Steph was friendly and helpful, never had an issue with helping. Jelena was the same, always helpful and no problem was too much. Hotel located very close to amenities. Fantastic service would definitely recomend. Good job

This hotel had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Everything was very clean and the bed was really comfortable, with extra pillows if needed. There was no problem getting a parking space right outside the Hotel. Jelena on reception was lovely. Very friendly and always had a smile. She was really helpful, telling us about amenities close to the hotel and where to get fuel. She booked a taxi to take us into Peterborough City centre and told us where we could find places to eat. The taxi was around £10 each way. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good value for money. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We had no problem with finding a parking space right outside the Hotel. Jelena on Reception was lovely. She was very friendly and always smiling. She was also really helpful with places to go and booked a taxi into Peterborough City centre for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Emma was super helpful arranging for a small fee to ammend the wrong booking date. Lovely receptionist, and great stay. However i don't understand the need for 200 characters, just wanted to say how much I appreciated the staff, but also included is this mini essay.
