Our beautiful modern Marina Townhouse is a 3 x 2 located in the marina area.
Comfortably accommodating 6 people, the bedrooms can be configured as 3 Kings or 1 King and 4 King Singles making it great for families and couples alike.
Best of all, you will have access to your own jetty just a short 50m walk away from your accommodation. Launch at the boat ramp and park your boat up at the townhouse jetty during your stay, making it super easy for you to enjoy a hassle free day on the water! The jetty can accommodate boats up to 8m.
Located only a short distance from the centre of town, you will be within walking distance to Mantarays Resort and Town Beach and a short bike ride or drive to all the other amenities Exmouth has to offer including award winning Microbreweries, restaurants and cafes, retail outlets, gym and yoga studios, and health and beauty providers. Lovely Stay
Beautiful, clean, and cozy home. Covered parking and right off the main road. Close to Town Beach, and while it was just a smidge far from the main center, it was not enough to feel inconvenienced. Good/timely communicate with the host. We had a lovely time and wished we could’ve stayed longer!

Lovely house with great location
We had a great stay in Exmouth at the Marina Townhouse. The property is spacious and well equipped. The outside seating/dining area is shady and a pleasant place to have dinner or drinks. The air conditioning is quiet and effective, so we all slept well despite every day topping 40 degrees in the afternoons and the mid 30s at night. The main living space is nice, with a full kitchen, dining table and sofas. While we were there, the WiFi was not working due to a technical problem outside the property. Carolina, the property manager, tried hard to get the problem fixed but the area is remote so fixes take time. One air condition unit started to leak, so another problem had to be put up with. The coffee machine didn’t work, but a quick messages to Carolina led to a new and rather nice coffee machine being provided, complete with two bags of coffee. Parking was easy and the nice Mantaray Restaurant was an easy walk away. Overall, we had a nice week of beach visits, boat rides and snorkelling.

Perfect for our ocean explorations
Well- appointed throughout, clean, well-equipped. Thank goodness for the air conditioning because it was very hot while we were there. Easy to get to amenities such as groceries, pharmacy, shops. Driving to ocean trips in Ningaloo and Coral Bay was easy. Such beauty everywhere!

Excellent Exmouth Townhouse
Everything about this property was totally tops. Very well maintained, lots of space and such a quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to town and a pleasant stroll to Mantarays. Certainly hope to visit again in the near future.

Family holiday house
We had a wonderful holiday and would stay here again if available. Plenty of room including outdoor spaces. Position of clothesline excellent for drying.

Great Place, Great Location
Lovely property, ok not right in town, but a lovely area and nice and quiet. The house was very clean and comfortable. Lynn was very helpful with our booking, and the whole process was seamless. We'll be back (-:

Lovely property in quiet location
The house was lovely and had everything we could need for a comfortable stay. There was also space to park the boat and a lockable storage room for our gear. Being a very short ride / drive into town was perfect for us for the quiet location.
