StayInn City - Évora

We booked without any issues. Obviously. We were arriving from Lisbon to spend the night there, and not knowing the place, we asked if we could check in at 00:00. THEY SAID YES. Well, when we arrived, there was absolutely no one there. We couldn’t access our room. We spent two hours calling, sending messages, and trying to contact Booking. Surprise, no one attended to us. We spent the night sleeping in the car. This place has incredibly high ratings, but it's just one of the 100 Airbnb spots in the city of Évora that has no problem taking bookings without any time restrictions. Foreigners arrive and book reservations that never happens… because no one ever attends to them. It's a disgrace that they do check-in FROM AN ALE-HOP STORE AND WITH STORE HOURS and have the audacity to rob guests. We are still processing our refund, and THE PLACE IS NOT RESPONDING TO MESSAGES. I truly hope you’re aware of this place and never go there.

Mesmo no centro histórico. Ótimo para quem quer visitar os pontos de interesse, como o templo romano, capela dos ossos, etc. Quarto muito cuidado e agradável de fazer inveja a muitos hotéis estrelados.

Não é um Hotel e não há problema nenhum nisso. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e confortável. Localização central a poucos metros da praça do Giraldo. Disponibilizaram cama extra para crianças sem cobrar um valor adicional. Dado ser um edificio antigo e reabilitado a insonorização é má.

Per chi vuole visitare Evora questa è una comoda soluzione in quanto in centro città. Il check in si effettua nel negozio Ale-Hop adiacente. Se viaggiate in macchina è un pó scomodo portare i bagagli in quanto dovete cercare parcheggio nella città e la strada è acciottolata. Considerate che per recarsi alle stanze c'è da fare una rampa abbastanza lunga di scale (non è presente l'ascensore).
