The bed and room were very comfy! My dog loved the area surrounding it! Very close and walkable to everything. Trolly stop right outside the BandB- breakfast was delicious. Pillows were so fluffy!! I would recommend this place, because Susan and Tom were very inviting and sweet, easy to work with!

Such a wonderful experience. Super comfy beds and pillows in huge spacious rooms. Very clean, very private. Wake up to a new and different fresh homemade breakfast every morning, come back to homemade cookies every afternoon. Susan was great - friendly, helpful and sweet. The B&B is located within walking distance to town but outside of the hustle and bustle. There's plenty of parking on site. Our rooms were peaceful and quiet and had nice views. There's a hot tub on site that we didnt get a chance to use but looked like a really nice way to relax

Wonderful stay! The Tree Top Suite was very comfortable, clean, and lovely! The breakfast both mornings was delicious! The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location was also great, a short drive or only about a 15 minute walk to the downtown shops. Will definitely be back!

I originally had booked a room for my husband and I and our plans changed with our granddaughter traveling with us. I called to see if there was accommodations for 3 available. The owner was extremely nice and had a room with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. When we arrived we were greeted and welcomed us like we were family. It set the mood for our entire stay. We had the entire upstairs and it was beautiful. Jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms and our bedroom had a very comfortable bed that we didn't want to get out of in the morning. Our granddaughter had the other room that was perfect for her. She loved it! The breakfast we were served the two days we stayed was amazing and delicious. If we could give a 10 star we would. We enjoyed the entire stay and will be back.

The 5 Ojo Inn Bed&Breakfast is the best B&B in Eureka Springs, AR. My wife and I spent a 4 day weekend with Tom and Susan at the Ojo. The facility is amazing with very comfortable beds and furnishings. Each morning we woke up to mouthwatering aromas coming from the kitchen. Not only are the breakfasts delicious but they are extremely appealing to the eyes. If you’re in the area of Eureka Springs this inn is a must visit. Tom and Susan Harman are great proprietors and after one visit they will become close friends.

We have been staying at this great Bed and Breakfast for the last 10 years. Each and every room has provided a wonderful stay. The breakfast is phenomenal and always different! Loved going to downtown on the bus which is right outside the inn. Already planning next years trip.

Susan and Tom are wonderful hosts and just the nicest people. We stay at 5 Ojo the 2-3 times we visit each year. They are dog friendly and love on our Jax and treat him like he is part of their family. The breakfasts are so delicious. The sheets and bed are so comfortable and if you ever need anything they are there to help you. We walk to downtown and its location is close to many beautiful landmarks and on the historic loop. If you are looking for a relaxing, laid back and delicious experience… look no further. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

We stayed for the weekend. The Hideaway room was nice and cozy, with a very comfortable bed, good shower, fridge, etc... Although it is up a steep hill from downtown, it is VERY close and we walked each time. I can't say enough about breakfast. I would have paid a good price for the delicious breakfasts in a restaurant. The lady of the house is very nice. Highly recommended Jay

Fabulous stay once again. Our room (Willow cottage) was cozy & comfortable. Weather was perfect for sitting outside on our front porch area. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub (brand new) on the deck nestled in the trees overlooking the wooded area with deer frolicking about. Breakfast was amazing every morning and totally forgot pictures except one of a pumpkin muffin, so good. The Innkeepers are just so personable and friendly and will always be chatting with guest out & about on the property. Eureka Springs is a lovely quaint eclectic town, must see. The B&B is on the trolley stop so that is certainly a good option for the day spending in town if you don't want to drive and find parking. We have been coming to this B&B for several years now and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Highly recommended
