There is a small folding desk and chair, it is a small space with extra conveniences. This in a neighborhood and will have happy sounds of dogs, kids and an occasional garage band concert, all within reasonable hours. This house is located in a residential neighborhood. Street parking is free and available right in front of the house. We are dog friendly with a small private fenced pet area and a park 2 blocks away.
