One of the most terrible hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The tub was scratched and dirty, looking and didn't drain, the refrigerator didn't work, and wasn't in the best area of town. It says airport, but it's a good 5 miles away. The bed was comfortable so thatis the only reason I gave it two stars rather than one. Definitely would not recommend unless you're desperate. Rooms are rundown and old. Definitely need remodeling. The breakfast was only edible.

The maintenance of this motel is almost non existent and it looks and feels very worn down. With its location on the waterfront and the enormous parking lot, my guess is that it’s about to be demolished and replaced. The furniture in the rooms and lobby are badly stained. Coffee had been spilled in the elevator that stayed there during the entire length of our stay. Woodwork was chipped and/or loose in many locations. Oh, and the WiFi was not connected to the internet. Huge disappointment since we thought we could trust Holiday Inn Express to ensure decent quality in all their properties.

I've enjoyed staying at various Holiday Inn locations for their friendly staff and hearty breakfast which were the best aspects of this location. However, I wouldn't stay here again because it is very run down and not a good location.  To start, I only stayed here one night because I missed my connection in Philly and the airline put me up here. It's a 10 minute drive from the airport and offers free shuttle. After exiting the baggage claim, I called the hotel to request the shuttle and they replied it would be 45 minutes, so we took an Uber. As we got closer to the hotel, the neighborhood seemed very residential/industrial with no restaurants in sight! The front desk staff, Daniel, was very friendly and welcomed us. The hotel and room in general are very rundown. My room, #219, was across the hall from a noisy air vent. I didn't bother switching rooms as we were tired from traveling all day internationally. The wifi was very weak and we got kicked off numerous times. At one point, I even connected to the free wifi from the neighboring Waterfront Inn hotel which was slightly better. My window faced the rooms from the Waterfront Inn, which made for a very sharing experience.  Breakfast was good with hot eggs, sausage, oatmeal, warm pastries, and yogurt. I took the shuttle to the airport which departed on time and had a friendly driver. This served its purpose for one night offered by the airline, but I would never book a night here.

Very nicely furnished and clean room. Staff was friendly as well. However their were two problems, the refrigerator did not keep things cold enough and the wi-fi was the worst I have ever seen in a Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was fine if you just need a place to sleep.

Stayed on an airline(as) voucher. I would have to say basically filthy from top to bottom. Really needs to be gutted and start over. Any furniture anywhere stained and soiled. Bed was great. If I was paying I would be looking at other options. Check in took an unbelievable amount of time and we were the only players. Shuttle service haphazard.

Beware - parking lot is not secure. We parked there overnight and in the morning when going out to our car someone had removed our rear view mirror cover. Now we are facing a thousand dollar replacement charge from the rental car company.

This hotel feels like a run down hotel from another chain that was purchased and half way remodeled and now is called a holiday inn express. Carpets are filthy and stained. Furniture is scratched and worn out. Curtains were shredded. Shampoo dispenser is sitting on the sink counter, not wall mounted . Paint splatters in the dirty tub. It smells like mold and cigarette smoke in the hallways. For $200 I expect better from a Holiday Inn Express. I can’t see how this place ever passed a quality inspection. Worst hotel we’ve stayed in on a 12 day trip where Holiday Inn Express was our most frequent choice. Terrible.

Check in was quick and easy. Very clean and comfortable hotel. We had a roll in shower on the first floor near the lobby. . Our room was quite large with a desk and chair, a comfortable chair and foot rest to match and a nice TV. We got a king size bed. Our experience was just for an overnight but it was very positive. The bed was comfortable. They did have shampoo, conditioner and body wash pumps in the shower but the only one that worked was the shampoo. The shower curtain was about 4 inches out from the shower floor and it did get very wet when we showered. Breakfast was the usual with three cereal choices, yogurt, small muffins, omelets, turkey sausage, sausage, sausage gravy, toast and English muffins. They were out of orange juice and cranberry juice but they did have apple juice. Just enough to eat to tide us over. It was maybe a 10 minute ride to the airport from this hotel so it was extremely convenient even for us returning the car rental. I would definitely stay here again.
