Excelente lugar para alojarse, calefacción y wifi, Lahcen nuestro guía nos explico sobre la cultura bereber personas del desierto como la cultura de Marruecos, me encantó la tranquilidad de su explicación, Lahcen habla muy bien la lengua español lo domina bien converse poco el inglés e igual lo domina, es una persona muy amigable, el paseo por la 4x4 en el desierto fue de excelencia, buen guía buen conductor. Gracias Lahcen por hacer este tour inolvidable. Saludos.

Podría decir que es uno de los mejores sitios del mundo, y quizá me estaría quedando corta. El riad está genial, en medio de las dunas del desierto, la paz y tranquilidad que se respira. Tiene una piscina genial (aun que yo no la probé) Las habitaciones y baños super limpios. La comida, el desayuno buffet que me encantó unos panecitos dulces que tenían, comida y cena muy buena (y eso que en mi grupo había gente vegana y/o vegetariana y tuvieron en cuenta en todo momento). Tienen varias actividades, nosotros elegimos los quads y fué genial, nos enseñaron super bien y la experiencia genial. Las noches con los tambores fuera en el fuego o dentro del comedor fueron lo más, (recién vuelvo y echo mucho de menos los tambores). Y los chicos que trabajan en el hotel, no pueden ser mas geniales, super amables, con un trato inmejorable, haciendo que te sientas a gusto en todo momento, pero lejos de eso, es que te hacen sentir en casa. Fueron geniales. Ojala leyeran esto para mandarles un gran saludo, y decirles que volveré sin dudarlo para volver a encontrarnos. Recomendable es poco decirlo.

Stayed for one night whilst on a group tour around Morocco. The room was huge and nicely decorated, the bathroom was a little dated and the shower unit not well maintained - but in the great scheme of things not an issue. If you get a chance to do the sunset camel ride while here (I suspect it is why most groups come here) then do it - an amazing experience and highlight of my trip. Remember to bring your own alcohol if you want a drink with your meal (you can leave it in the fridge near the reception when you arrive). The food was good and overall much more positives than negatives - yes I imagine it was better in its early years and it is showing a few signs of age now (loose tiles etc) but still a pleasant experience and a place I will remember for all the right reasons.

Our stay here was arranged by our tour company. The setting in fabulous with spacious grounds, 2 pools, a really Moroccan feel! The room was large in Moroccan style. It was clean, beds comfortable, and the a/c worked great! The stay would have been perfect except that the dinner and breakfast were sub par. It was a crowded and slow buffet for both meals and they seemed to run out of many dishes. Flies were abundant in the dining area especially. Wifi was poor.

We sent 2 groups to this hotel in April and the rooms were uncleaned, the fridges didn't work and smelt the rooms out, the bathrooms were awful and hadn't been cleaned with calced taps and scum around the bases of the taps, the rooms were neglected with sand covering the flooring. To add insult to injury, I went there during the first week in May only to be met with the news the hotel has given our 2 rooms away that had previously had the bookings confirmed! We were very lucky to find another hotel and as it happened a superior hotel just 1km away. We will never send another group to this awful hotel and nor will I return to a destination we had once enjoyed.

Beautiful Kasbah type hotel right on the edge of the dunes. Designed in classic Berber fashion with outer wall and inner courtyards. 2 beautiful pools and lots of lounge chairs. Traditionally decorated lounging areas, dining room and bedrooms. Our bedroom was huge with 2 large queen beds and a seating area with small couch and table. Mattresses on the extra firm side. Lots of electrical outlets. AC worked well. Spacious bathroom with shower and good hot water and water pressure. Back door of bedroom opened onto our small terrace and the dunes started within metres. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style included in our tour. Lunch was by individual order and mostly tagine. No room safe. Wifi only in main lobby area and cuts in and out. Staff were very welcoming.

I really liked this hotel- one of the better ones when staying in Morocco. While the internet reception/wifi was unreliable the overall experience was great here. Stayed in a 3 bed room with two larger queen beds and one smaller single bed (room 80 in the back part of the hotel), very comfortable bed with soft pillows, slept amazing! Shower was nice with the right amount of pressure and heat. Dinner was delicious- Burr Burr Pizza. Location is wonderful with sand dunes in your backyard, pools, tons of sun bathing chairs, outdoor couches, of course the only downside is that there will be sand everywhere. I saw reviews complaining about the sand in rooms and it’s not like there is a mountain of sand in the rooms but it’s impossible to remove every grain of sand from spaces- keep expectations realistic it’s still a very nice and clean hotel!

This property could have been cool in its heyday, but it hasn't been kept up since. There was no one at the desk when we checked in or out. Our room was dirty and dusty and cold. The much-needed heater was so loud (the filter was probably full of sand and dust) that it kept us awake all night. The dining room was full of (I think 5?) cats (who jumped up on seats and sat under tables). Dinner was not good. There were no towels in the room--I needed to go fetch some for my husband's shower, only to learn upon my return there was no hot water. The toilet didn't flush--which was a problem since he had gastro issues due to the food. Apparently, the water issues were affecting a large part of the hotel as other guests were complaining. If you sat under a router near the front desk, there was a tad of wifi. Breakfast was nowhere to be found at 8:00am start, so we left with our guide at our 8:30am departure time. Other than that... Can't believe our tour company booked us here.

This hotel has been the best travel experience I could’ve dreamt of. From the enormous CLEAN rooms, the pools, the variety of traditional food options available. The staff were all so warm and welcoming. Getting to join in on a drum circle with some of the locals was a highlight and something I’ll remember forever. AND THE LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT. You open your door and the dunes are right there. A 5 minute walk and your lost in the dunes. If you head to Morocco, make sure you book a stay here, I promise it will be your highlight too.
