Room was not clean, hot water was not available, AC was malfunctioning. We booked two rooms but manager allocated one room saying there is a huge crowd. We were told they refund one room amount. Finally when we checked out, manager vanished somewhere. Over phone call he promised us to refund the money. But he cheated. We did not receive refund. When we try to call him again, he is very rude to us.

Hotel room is spacious with separate bed for child, sofa, table etc. Spacious car parking is available. But rooms lack proper maintenance like no safe main door lock, damaged bath room door, damaged electrical fittings etc. Coffee /tea provided on request. Some restaurants nearby are there. Overall good hotel for a small town kodumudi with some negative issues.

Hotel was very neat and clean with parking facilities. They care you in case you require anything.

Location is good, the rooms are not maintained properly, bad smell in the room, no water was kept. Needs basic renovation and cleanness. No service people for moving the luggage and getting tea / coffee.

Hotel is decent, with all basic amenities. However for 1500 inr - they could have kept a better environment and reception. The fan was not working great. There's no hotwater. Above all - there's no reception guy to address any issues. It is like a makeshift stay you can use for temple visit and again that's something you can expect in a small town
