historic Apart used to be barracks with some of its support beams visibly used in the lobby and throughout the rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Each room has a small kitchen, large modern main room and modern bathroom. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. It’s very close to a large grocery store which also has some clothes and odds & ends. If you stand at corner street of the main entrance 1 block to the right is the grocery store and 1 block to the left is a huge liquor store & the post office is on the street directly behind the liquor store. You can walk to the Erlangen City Center & train station in about 20 minutes. I’m staying here again in December.
