Hotel Jean Moët

Very pleased with our stay from way before check-in until check-out. Had great help from staff months before planning through email a birthday celebration for my wife. Recommendations were great in every way. Check-in smooth and staff friendly. Rooms, very large for European standards, comfortable, clean, and quiet. Blackout curtains for a good nights sleep. Bed comfortable as well. Location perfect! Breakfast was one of the best we experienced during our three week trip. Would stay here again if ever coming back to Epernay.

We had a wonderful stay recently. The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. It is a great location to explore Epernay with it being central. The breakfast offering was delicious and set us up for a day of Champagne. Thank you very much.

A group of us stayed at the hotel as we were champagne tasting in Epernay. The hotel is ideally suited for the centre of the town and the Ave de Champagne, where a number of champagne houses and tasting places are located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the run up to our stay when we needed information about parking. The rooms were spacious, in great condition with comfortable beds and lovely walk in showers. Breakfast was served in the glass covered area and was ample, including eggs anyway you wanted them. All in all a great hotel and would definitely stay there again if we were to visit Epernay.

We were booked into this hotel as part of champagne tasting trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was yummy. The room was comfortable and worked well for 3 friends sharing Great location to wander up and down the Avenue De Champagne and would stay again, the overriding point for me was the friendliness of the staff

This is a cute little hotel just around the corner from the main Av. de Champagne where all of the big champagne houses are situated. The rooms are clean and roomy with ample room, the staff is friendly and helpful, and i would definitely stay there agin next time I visit Epernay.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Jean Moët! The location is perfect - an easy walking distance to everything in town. We had an attic room, which was large and comfy, though it did have low ceiling beams (which was clear when we were booking!). We had the daily breakfast which was very good, and the service was EXCELLENT. Would definitely stay again!
