Great place to stay in the center of Epernay. Friendly hosts. Car parking on site. Individual style bedrooms, which are very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very pleasant. Within walking distance of the local champagne houses. Very pretty city.

Really enjoyed our stay in this small hotel . Right in the middle of Épernay, with a small private gated car park. Our ‘green’room was lovely - traditional French style , with a small en suite . Breakfast was simple but very nice indeed .There’s a small kitchen area where you can help yourself to a huge variety of hot drinks . The hotel is run by a lovely couple who are very attentive. Would definitely stay here again .

Absolutely stunning quaint hotel right in the heart of Epernay. The property is beautiful and the hosts were amazing. We were given a glass of champagne on arrival, which we enjoyed in the beautiful garden. Immaculately clean and full of character and French charm. Breakfast was lovely every morning, will definitely go back when we return.

After the 4-hour drive from Eguisheim to Epernay, we were relieved to stay at this wonderfully charming B&B in the ideal location -- walking distance to shops, restos, and Avenue de Champagne. Anne-Marie and Bruno are the proprietors of this piece of heaven. There is no elevator, but Bruno is brawny and can assist. There are only 5 rooms -- we were in the premium Verte room at 250E per night with breakfast. It is very large, approximately 500 sq ft with separate toilette and bathroom which has both a tub and shower. On the second floor is a communal room with coffee maker, fresh fruit, and a minifridge of drinks. It is very comfortable and private. After checking in, we gathered in the breakfast room for a taste of Blanc de Blancs champagne and cookies. We knew this place was special and intimate. The B&B is tastefully furnished, much of it vintage or antique. It is housed in a former chateau. There is no room cleaning until the third rented day. Breakfast was delightful and made us feel special. There are a plethora of bakery items of top quality and variety, cheese plate, and charcuterie. The fruit drinks and coffee were fresh and flavorful. No complaints!

We loved this guest house. Beautiful rooms, stunning decor, sunny courtyard, delicious breakfast included and very kind and welcoming hosts. It was a lovely place to stay and explore the Champagne region. Would highly recommend and would love to go back.

Beautiful with art everywhere (owner restores art!), private courtyard, secure parking, very quiet. Glass of champagne on arrival. Breakfast gorgeous and delicious. Very centrally located. I want to go back.

Amazing stay. Warm welcome which included a glass of champagne. Off street parking was helpful and the location so central. The rooms were unique and well equipped for a wonderful stay. Breakfast delicious and well presented to start our day

We stayed one night on our way to the south of France. We were very impressed with the beautiful town of Epernay. Definitely a good place to stay. Many places to visit to taste various Champagnes. Au Jeu de Paulme is a lovely hotel, tucked away, but very close to the centre of Epernay. Lovely rooms. Nice art on the walls. The building was very old, with lots of interesting original features. It wrapped around a lovely courtyard. There was off street parking. The breakfast was good, ordered the night before. The owners were friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend this hotel.

In the centre of Epernay with secure parking this is a charming oasis. Lovely couple host in their characterful and well appointed home. Lots of nice touches, a communal kitchen for a cuppa, very comfortable rooms, good advice and of course a welcoming glass of champagne, a really nice place to stay
