I had booked 2 nights for my family of 4. I messaged the owner to confirm it was the lodge with a hot tub. Which she confirmed. I have the messages all saved. But the owner decided to message me to say I was booked into a room in her house, said no, definitely the lodge (as previous messages confirmed this.) Said it was a room in her house, to which I refused. She never tried to accommodate me, or apologise for her mistake, or offer me alternative dates. And then blocked me. I was so disappointed and horrified at her unprofessionalism and manner. Thankfully, we got accommodation elsewhere, and that owner was so accommodating and kind. And could not believe the way I was treated, by WILLOWBANK HOUSE owner.
