Welcome to this gorgeous sunset oasis pool home designed for entertaining and relaxation. The gulf facing pool deck and elevation create breath taking sunset views and all day pool deck sun from 10a- sunset. Only 3 miles from Englewood Beach & Lock & Key, walk to Farlows! This vacation rental has what you are looking for. Walk, run or bike to the beach! Two E-bikes are available to rent for an additional fee. **PLEASE NOTE** This is a newly acquired property. The living room furniture will be replaced with 2 leather couches or a sectional. The master bedroom and the second queen bedroom will also feature new bed sets, of similar style and high-end quality. Check our reviews from our co-owned property #2610050. Everything else was purchased with property. Tanning loungers for the pool ledge will also be added (not pictured). When you enter you will be greeted by a beautiful open floor plan showcasing the living room, dining room, office and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a 65" 4k TV with Dolby Atmos surround sound. Beautiful tropical decor and fully opening zero corner slider glass doors transform the living room space into an open-air indoor/outdoor oasis. The kitchen comes fully stocked with dishware, cookware, and some stock supplies, and features an reverse osmosis drinking water. system. The main living area separates the king bed en suite from the two guest bedrooms and guest bathroom (with vanity mirror). The guest bedrooms and bathroom hallway features a door next to the dining room, which when closed off creates a private ensuite for the guest bedrooms. Featured in the king suite are sliding glass doors leading out to the relaxing covered lanai, creating another indoor/outdoor space you can fully enjoy. The master bathroom features his and hers sinks on either side of the bathroom, both with heated and lit vanity mirrors. There is a walk-in closet as well as large storage closet with ample shelving in the bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a queen bed with direct access to the pool deck. The second guest bedroom also features a queen bed. Both rooms feature large closets and a small dresser. In the covered lanai area you can expect to unwind, relax and get your vacation on with friends and family to the relaxing ambiance of the nearby ocean and wildlife. There is plenty of seating throughout the entire home and the lanai is no exception. Dining seating for six, as well as an outdoor couch and two additional seats are under the covered patio area accompanied by a fire table. Beside the heated salt water pool you can find comfortable sun loungers. There are plenty of fun pool floaters available in the outdoor chest for your enjoyment. POOL AREA: An additional pool child safety barrier can be put up upon request for the duration of your stay. EXERCISE AREA: For the active person, to make your stay more enjoyable there is a air conditioned garage with BowFlex Max stair stepping elliptical trainer. There is a yoga mat, resistance bands, weight bench, and a set of 2 adjustable dumbbells, and TV. BEACH GEAR & SHARK TOOTH HUNTING: Available for you to bring and enjoy at the beaches are folding chairs, a small cooler, cooler bags and a shade umbrella. If you are a fan of shark tooth hunting there is a long handled metal sifter. The infamous Venice Beach is just a 20 mile drive and makes for an incredible day trip. ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: Up to two dogs under 40 lbs are allowed for a pet fee of $100. Please make sure to select this when booking or inquiring. SECURITY NOTES: The property has a Ring security system installed. A front door Ring doorbell, and 1 Ring camera on each backyard gate entrance facing toward the front, and 1 Ring camera above the garage facing the driveway.
